Building polybag sets without opening the polybag

Does anyone do this? l did it with that recent space vehicle set. It definitely makes it more challenging. But the bag kinda gets crinkles in it.

    Yes--it's a common activity/competition at AFOL events :)

Some bags are easier than others, those with just a small strip of transparency are particularly challenging, so well done ;)

As you say, the bags is runied and the bricks get a bit scratched so best to do only with a common one you have multiples of.

I tried with the joker bumper car poly But could never get the aerial to fit. The bag was very mangled too. Would not do it again as it was too frustrating for me and I was just left wondering why I spent so long doing it when I was not even happy with the end result.

I do enjoy giving this a try from time to time.

I've never actually tried this, but how do the bricks get scratched?!

More bumping together than usual and I think the bag also scratches them somewhat.
