Shop@Home order cancellation

Hi all. Made an  order on s@h  tonight  for
Ant man  final battle
Carnage attack set
Piggy coin  bank
1 Simpson  series  2  minifigure
And the  free pirate  set.
Within minutes  of my order confirmation  I got  a cancellation  email. First  time  I have  encountered  this. Any reasons why they may have  cancelled  my  order?

I've had this problem several times. Originally because there was an issue with Visa Verify going down. My card was then on some sort of 'blacklist'. A quick phone call to customer services will fix it. I haven't had any problems since my card was reissued.

Did they say why in the email? If not, possibly declined payment. Unless you have ordered any of the sets before and there is a purchase limit on them.

That's  the thing  they're  still  taking the  money  out of my account.
I've  had  quite a few problems  the last  while including
    -taking payment twice
-pick a brick  taking over 2 months to arrive
-when  I  had a missing piece in a set they told me they couldn't  send  a replacement  as they hadn't  got any
-finally  this could  be to do  with  the  pirates set as last year  every time  I  placed an order as a VIP and spent the required  amount  my orders would  not be confirmed with the retro space set in it

Phone them up and see what the problem is, you'll never know otherwise and they're usually very helpful anyway

Gotta love Lego Customer Service. I don't think I've ever dealt with a company that provides the level of customer service that they do.

I had also a problem. Got a mail telling me that I reached the limit for buying via er... "when you give LEGO your bank details and they take the money" (no idea how to translate "Lastschriftverfahren") when I ordered my Ferris wheel like a week ago. They send me a mail that I should either pay by credit card or send them the money via transfer.

I'm Autistic and have trouble using a phone and talking to strangers. So wrote them a mail and like @Farmer_John said they were very helpful.

Tbh I was a bit annoyed. This wasn't my first purchase with them and I would have loved to avoid this thing. I was nervous and afraid because I thought that I HAD to call them or my order gets cancelled. Thankfully e-mail worked.

Next time I'm using my credit card again. Even if I like the "Lastschriftverfahren" more.

Well all, everything  has been  sorted. As it turns  out  when  they last double  charged me I asked  my bank  to  stop one transaction. This created an error  for lego. It's  system  blocked  my card.
I was a bit annoyed  at first  though  as I kept  getting  told ''We cannot  currently  provide any more information  (why your  order was cancelled ), thanks  for  your  understanding. After persisting  all is sorted  and my sets are on the way. But  Still  no  VIP points  added to  my account....

^ Once you have received your invoice/receipt as a .pdf document they should have been added. If not, contact them again. I find the email with this document usually arrives a day, maybe two, after shipping.
