What happens if you do get a broken brick in a set?

you contact lego  at their customer service page. i recently picked up anakins and sebulbas podracers only to find both of sebulbas leg attatchment parts for clicking it on the body broken. i contacted lego and they sent out the replacement parts( free of charge)
