Anybody ever heard of "Montini"?

"Plastic bricks and other components with stud and socket connection between rows. Very similar to Lego but made from a softer plastic."

    I'm interested to know when these were around, note the similarity in that windmill to some of the old pre-hands in pockets (Those "figures" before the minifigure that had the torso with the teeny little arms and small legs) sets LEGO did?
