All discussions now marked as viewed

For some reason every single discussion in the forum has now been marked as viewed for my account. This is annoying as I don't read that many, but it is much easier to keep track of the ones I do if they are highlighted when there is a new post. Now every single discussion is being highlighted as having new posts including the ones I have no interest in reading and have never read before.

Is anyone else having the same issue?

Is there some way to re-set this and mark all discussions as un-viewed so I can then just view the ones I normally do again and then continue to just have these ones highlighted?

How can I get a mod to read this? Should I 'flag' it?

I have just found a 'Mark all viewed' option in the Account Options. I am assuming that this has somehow been activated for my account to cause the original problem. I have just tried pressing it to see if it would then give me a further option to 'mark all as un-viewed', but it doesn't.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

@Huw I can't figure out how to bring this to the attentions of a mod, it won't let me flag my own posts? Is anyone looking into this (if so I will leave you to it and stop asking).

The mark all viewed plugin has been active for years and I don't think has caused problems before.

Anyone else having problems?

There is no problem with the mark all viewed plugin, apart from it activated on its own and I can't undo it now. Any chance of a mark all not-viewed button please?

I've had issues with this before, but only on the mobile version.  It would randomly mark everything as viewed and I couldn't find any way to undo it.
