Minifig collection only shows loose minifigs??

wardmwardm BelgiumMember Posts: 585
Hello everyone

I recently discovered that at the 'my sets' page with 'minifigs owned' only my loose minifigs are listed.
What happened to all the minifigs I own in sets?
I tried 'update your collection' and logging off and back on, but still the same...
Am I missing something?
Is this already been discussed in another thread?

Thank you!

It should work as you expect it to.

What's your main site login? I'll take a look.

There was a database issue that I describe on the home page. It's now been resolved.

Yes, but oddly it's not linked to anywhere! http://brickset.com/minifigs/mycollection-ownedloose

I'll add a link somewhere appropriate.

Uh... just clicked on site and my collection shows 262 sets, but only 11 minifigures.  Is there something going on with the site?

@bamaker1  The site seems to be showing only the 'loose minifigs' you own

Somehow my minfigures are now down to only 4 from over 6000 previously!!

I think the database is corrupted? Owned sets and parts count still show the correct numbers though.

Yep, something is wrong, I'm down to 385 from 7 or 8000.

It gave an error when I clicked on the "Update Your Collection" button under Minifigures.

I'm not in the office at the moment so can't see what's going on in the database although I have my suspicions what's causing it.

I'll get it sorted as soon as I can.
