Does anyone know if TRU is currently holding any sort of sales/deals at the moment?

On Saturday, we are going to be running around doing stuff and I want to check TRU for a pokemon ionix set and I want to see if there's anything lego wise I should be aware of besides the obvious YMMV clearances. Or is there even anything good in the clone brand this week?

My local TRU had extra TIE Prototype polybags available from their promotion event last week. They were priced at $3.99.

As far as clone brands, there's never anything good.

My local tru has sets only mark up by 10% not the normal 15%.

I managed to find a set at regular price. Which is good cause I had a 20% coupon.

^ I saw this set on the shelf at a Walmart for $79.99 and couldn't resist picking up a Super Heroes #76039 Ant-Man Final Battle set for $19.87.

Ya, $79.99 is the MSRP for the Final Dual....this particular TRU just likes to include  the 15% gratuity to the bill up front....'cuz, ya know, doesn't everybody tip their Lego dealer?

I got to TRU for only a handful of reasons: there actually is a decent deal on sets-particularly the TRU exclusives (Rare but sometimes does occur), get TRU exclusive polys (Like Robin, and Electro), and to cash in my points if I happen to earn any (helped me get my electros for a great great price)
Otherwise I only go to a TRU to laugh at the absurd prices.
