Endor rebels - torso and legs must be used together, which is a shame as they cannot be mixed and matched with older ones for variety. One on the right - I wondered what was wrong with his face until I saw it is a beard. The very light printing looks a bit odd on a fleshie head.
Leia - OK.
Chewbacca - very nice, he's been needing an update for a long time.
Han Solo - it's good they have tried to do his long coat (even if it does mean the legs and torso cannot be used independently), but they really need to up the density of print on these two piece minifigs, the coat changes colour at the waist. It's not as bad as Luke's white robes in other sets, but still not great.
It would have been nice if TLG had extended the camouflage printing of his trench-coat on the sides of the Han Solo minifig. (somehow this makes me reminisce about my kenner action-figure Han Solo that came with a fully stitched up fabric trench-coat I played with as a little kid)
I like Chewie and Leia the best of the minifigs included. Though I wish, even though it is too much to ask for, they would have put in an additional two or three empirial minifigs; an officer, one of those deathstar troopers in black with one of those open helmets to both put in the cockpit, and a stormtrooper. It is movie accurate, still somehow an imperial spaceship without minifigs from that empire to me feels like it is missing something.
I was surprised to see that the interior of the main hull is designed so that you can nicely seat the minifigs and store their props. Is some cases the interior design of Lego Star Wars sets really lacks detail, or there is just no interior to speak of at all, not here. Very nice! But is it just me or does the hull seem a little too small, especially lengthwise, in comparison to the cockpit to the actual model from the film?!
Still, just like the 'Final Dual' set, definitely not a bad Lego set at all.
Leia's cape is also interesting in that it goes over her head, rather than between the torso and neck as per usual.
Now hurry up and build us the cloud city as this long wait is getting tedious now. :(

:)
i do feel the that there is a lil ratio issue , the nose seems almost the same lent has the main body/passenger compartment.
great touch though , the interior .
Love this vessel so much, honestly can't have enough, despite owning two UCS versions. Simply elegant ,so clean.
As you provided no context for your post, not even a cursory 'I like this set, what about you?', but instead just posted a video with the title 'review of', you effectively left it for others to decide what the conversation was. This leaves room for those new to the forum, or new to online reviewers, to potentially mistake you for the reviewer, rather than someone soliciting opinion on the set itself.
Now, of course most of us here know you aren't thebrickshow, hence why I made it clear in my post that it was purely for the benefit of those who weren't already aware.
I mean, you aren't opposed to telling the truth are you? ...Right, I'm now off to seek out a white range-finder that some joker mentioned someplace... ;)
Flame-warriors; Arise!
Well I definitely cannot speak for anyone else, outspoken as I am, but I also definitely did not assume you are one of those BrickShow geezers, just like I imagine most people won't.
But seriously now!
Don't these BrickShow guys post a link to all of their videos under the 'external review' tab under each respective Lego set entry on brickset.com , which you can also do for them if they did not already do this themselves.
I agree with others (such as legomatt) who indicated that if you start a topic to evoke responses from others about their opinions on this set, and the other set 'The Final Dual' for which you also started a topic, I welcome, your own input about the set as well, instead of only embedding someone else's video review. That is the whole point of a forum that you can share your opinions etc. , which also may extend beyond 'I like this set, must buy!'.
A title like 'new summer wave 1 SW sets, what is your opinion?' After which including video reviews may be an extra incentive to stimulate discussion, and prevent this petty nitpicking, which I did not think was your intention. (Sorry, if I now unintentionally have turned into some kind of pedantic prick myself by hinting at this.)
Unless of course I was mistaken and you enjoy igniting virtual flame wars. In that case I happily poor some oil onto the fire too for you. ;)
this was one of the sets that jumped out for me when details first broke and now we have seen it I haven't changed my opinion.
it is one of the classic OT ships and the two previous system scale attempts at this have been just that, attempts. The UC set was very nice but compairing it to a system set is hardly fair.
as a system set this shuttle hits the mark, the dimentions look spot on, the detailing appropriate and the overall shape is as good as you could hope for. I like the cockpit and the rear access panels and I think the rear aspect is pretty good, overall this is a lovely looking ship and then you move to the figures.
all the figures look nice, personally I would like to have seen Han's coat be made out of cloth (I have a MOC version somewhere) but that was always going to be an unrealistic ask, so what we have is as good as we will ever get, and as it is an all new Han (not from Hoth) that is enough. The Chewi and Leia look great and it is nice to see the new Chewi in an OT set. I can't get too excited by the troopers but the more the merrier and these ones look good.
i also like that the shuttle and final duel sets play out the final movements of ROTJ and seem a great way to sign off regular OT systems set production and bring in all the new SW sets based on Episode 7, the Anthologies and more, which I still think is what is going to happen.
@B0SSK Yep, that's cool, don't worry about it. The intent of my post was purely to add a little clarity that was missing from the thread title/post, (adding just a smiley is a bit on the vague side of conversation starters, i think you'd agree). That's all. No biggie. :)
I don't think think every show always needs to be clever to be funny . Sometimes funny alone just works. I've not seen the recent seasons so can't comment but the early ones were very funny , and this particular 3 part episode "Blue Harvest" was a great ode to Star Wars OT.... Just IMHO though
If I recall , yes I have seen some very bleh / going no where episodes of Fam Guy but then the number of those would be multiplied times 3 for South Park and often with Simpsons too...
just the nature of the beast I suppose
Leia looks fantastic. Han looks decent. The ship itself looks decent. I actually may have to consider this...granted there are far too many other sets I need.
