Identify Red Stripe Soccer (Football) Player

Was wondering if anyone is able to identify the origin of this minifigure:



 I have had it in my collection for a few years now, and vaguely recall purchasing it in a LEGO store at the same time that I got this figure:
http://brickset.com/minifigs/tls033/Lego-Brand-Store-2012-Female-Cupcake. Searches on Google have come up with nothing. I did not find it on Bricklink either.

Does anyone have any information about what set this might have been with?
