Well, Walmart's got Technic in-store now.

I checked the Lego aisle in the Walmart of my small town about a week ago, and noticed they had quite a number of Technic sets, something I'd never seen before in the 12 years this Walmart's been here, and when I bought Technic over the years, it was either on a trip to the Toys R' Us two hours away or from online. 

I think this fact might actually take me out of this bit of a dark age, where I've only purchased a handful of polybags in the past year or so. 

All sets were retail priced, save that some were .97 at the end instead of .99.   


Here's the ones I noticed: 


42020--Twin Rotor Helicopter

42031--Cherry Picker

42032--Compact Track Loader

42035--Mining Truck

I think there were a couple more, but I forgot what those were.

Until recently, Technic was TRU exclusive.

How recently? I purchased a Technic motorcycle on clearance at Target about 4 years ago.

I think for about the last 2 years only, may be less that Technic were TRU exclusives
