    £2.49 / €2.99 / $6.99 would be funnier :-)

Well, Galidor ( thanks for the giggles @binaryeye ) has already been mentioned so how about Monorail is coming back? ;)

If there were two things I heard repeatedly, shouted out or discussed at afolcon/brick 2014 it was Galidor, and Monorail, though not together, of course.

This is a fun thread @Crowkillers but,
somewhere, somebody at brickset is going to wind up borrowing Wonder Woman's line.....

    DANG IT!

@Huw is being made into a minifigure. I don't mean a minifigure OF him, I mean that the Lego Doctor Who line has got hold of the Master's Tissue Compression Eliminator...

TLG is bringing out a new line of matching windows 3 and 4 bricks tall for building houses, that are similar to the classic LEGO windows of the 1956-80 era, in exciting colors that actually match!!

    Here's a few:

To save on print costs, sets to no longer contain instructions, but instead a code to download a pdf instead, which must be obtained from lego.com

A competition is launched for fans to become the 'living face of lego'. Categories being Adult, Teen, Child, and pre-school, with one male and one female selected for each, to form 'The Lego Family', which will then feature across all future branding and adverts, to appear at shows and represent the group, and spend a month living together in a lego-decorated house, open to public viewing doing nothing but lego-related activities.

Sources reveal TLG to buy Toys R Us outright. Group exec set to announce it will mean all lego in TRU will be discounted by half from mid august this year, but all Lego brand stores will close. (I will remind readers this is an april fool thread, and not true). ;oP

A new afol magazine and all the brickset staff have joined the editorial team having left brick and brick culture.
Yep. I reckon you beat a lot of people to that one. I thought about spinning something along that line, fake announce a new mag, and get my brother to mock-up a cover.

@Sir_Gareth My thoughts also, or just a Gondor set announcement for LotR fans in need of closure. *LOLs masochistically at own pain*...Hah-Hah-Awww.

Maybe one year they should post a single real story, the April Fools' joke being that there isn't one.
