Sounds like a LEGO internal set not sold to the general public. However you may be able to get the instructions from LEGO.com and then Bricklink it

My bet is that this will be packaged very much like the 75th Anniversary Duck Set of 2007, which was only for LEGO Employees... and this is how it was packaged....





Minimal packaging at best....   If it wasn't meant for public sale, then you won't find a nice box for it.
