Yeah, would love to know what sets are actually included

I have a Circle deal expiring today get $10 cashback after an $80 purchase, and if some of the LEGO sets I want are included next week, I'd get something else today

It looks like most sets are part of the promotion.  The best deal I could find is for  Marvel Infinity Gauntlet 76191 with a net discount of just over 32%.  Anyone find anything else on sale?

The set I bought yesterday, #41713 , is not on this week's deal. The other set I wanted, #31117 , is. Now to pick out something to go with that

Just an FYI...at least one of my Targets....they still have the previous prices on sets before the increase.  They'll scan at the register at regular MSRP...but I just took a picture of the shelf price and they honored it.  Plus the employee said she "didn't care...no need to run back and check."   I was able to get the Back to the Future for the $169.99 minus the 5% Red Card and she gave me another 1% for something else and then the $10 for over $50.

Targey or not I have gotten stuff at old shelf tag prices like that

Potential purchases for gift card deal
#76156 big Eternals set if I get to and like building the medium one I already have

    #10266, #21326, #31108 and #31132

#60348 or #60354 if I like some of the space sets already in my backlog

#41705 I don't really need another LEGO pizzeria but might do that as part of this deal

I think I already have allthe Hogwarts Moments, also #31088 and #60253, is the case with a lot of cheap sets included

Might go with $19.99 Speed Champions sets to use for car themed gifts to make the make the math work

Of course #41712 isn't included, one of the $19.99 sets I wanted

My friend bought #10292 for the original $149.99 MSRP.  At that store, the shelf tag still had the original MSRP, the app scanned it at the new MSRP of $179.99, but the register scanned it at $149.99.  It qualified for the $10 GC promo as well.

Anyone try to upload sets to VIP with the gift card promo? Tried two orders the they said the sets were not included in this promotion. It's not the way I uploaded them as I did others the same way and same time.

10% off all Advent Calendars starting Sunday 10/2.  They show one of the Lego ones in the ad picture.  Hoping my Costco gets them in soon because I'd much prefer the $10 off they are selling them for but they keep telling me not until 10/6.
  • KingAlanIKingAlanI Member Posts: 2,354
Target Circle had an offer for 10% off up to $500 of Target giftcards, they can be used immediately, about to get some of the LEGO deal with them

^ Thanks!!  That worked out pretty good.  I was even able to get #76911 007 Aston Martin included.  It didn't ring up at the register as included in the weekly sale but she told me to check with customer service.  So I did.  The customer service lady checked and it obviously did count....but then asked "do you buy a lot of LEGO?"  I said "sure".  She said..."I'll just give it to you anyway."   And gave me $10 gift card.
Picked up a few other "hard to find" things.  40%off and Redcard and a few LEGO points.

Got #31058 and #60348 - I feel I demonstrated great restraint by only doing one more round of the giftcard deal

#41705 wasn't actually included, found this out once I'd already gotten through the line - was next to a another $14.99 which WAS included (which I already had), I think that was the confusion

Unadvertised sale on a lot of lego sets online.  Some seem to be matching current Walmart or Amazon prices.  Search "all Lego" and filter deals, then choose all deals to see what is reduced.

I don't remember which threads LaserShip's been throughout this forum but I made a target.com purchase and it was shipped via OnTrac.  When I go to OnTrac's site, it shows that they've now merged with LaserShip, so it looks like both coasts get to enjoy the experience now.

I've had OnTrac shipments before but I don't remember how they went.  This latest one, my estimated delivery date was yesterday.  I haven't gotten anything yet and the tracking info just shows pending on the OnTrac site.  At least Target's CS is usually pretty good, should anything happen!

    Meh. Nothing I'm interested in.
And the sets in the last giftcard deal weren't in this one and some sets I wanted that weren't on the deal weren't on this one either.

I uploaded two recent Target receipts to get the VIP points and it looks to me like they gave me way more than the announced 1 point per dollar spent.  They gave me 230 points for one and 720 for the other.  One order was about $45 and the other around $50.  So it looks like they calculated a bit less than the normal 6.5 points per dollar spent direct with Lego for one order and also gave me double points for the order from 10/10.
The first receipt I had submitted previously was awarded the 50 points I was expecting. Will be curious to see what I get when I submit the receipt for the polybags I bought in store the other night.

Target in Shoreview has a few Lego 70% off: Extra Dots series 3, 4, and 5; Vidiyo BeatBoxes: Punk Pirate, Candy Mermaid, Alien DJ, and Party Llama. They were on an endcap at the edge of the LEGO area.
I also found #30509 Yellow Yoshi's Fruit Tree (at full price) in a different spot.

It’s always worth checking endcaps anywhere near the toy department. And check for those cardboard “racks” they sometimes put polys in.

I've also seen them in the checkout aisles at plenty of stores, though when they choose to do that seems unpredictable.

Next weekly add shows the spend $50 on select Lego sets get a $10 Target Gift card.  Will be interesting to see if they add any new sets to those eligible for the promo.  There are a couple I might be interested in under the current offer but unfortunately are $49.99 so a penny short of the threshold.
Actually I just checked & the eligible set count is up to 202 sets now instead of the 85 that were showing last time I looked.  Will check again after midnight local time to see if they add anymore.

On the Target website, the list of sets eligible for the $10 gift card included many which were on sale for 10-20% off.  That gift card is about 20% off, so stacking these deals gave me about 36% off.  My local Target store had only some of the 205 eligible sets and none of them were on sale.  So, I bought online and selected pickup at my local Target, getting the sets off the shelves for the online price.
I'm glad to have gotten the desirable but overpriced #60348 Lunar Roving Vehicle for essentially $28 (32% off) making it a fair 10 c/piece.  Tempted to go back for more, albeit lower priority sets.  Use the $10 card I earned to get another $10 card (yes, that works, I just did it).

#76156 on sale plus gift card got me to finally bite
Damaged box but all bags, big piece and book/stickers were all there.
I don't collect boxes anyway and I had to repack it to actually get it home

I did have to get it pricematched

60348 interests me as well, and 31.99 means I just need 19.99 or so to get over 50, so no watering down the GC deal by going way over

I often use the GC to pay for the next GC if I do multiple rounds

Your shopping list looks just like mine.  May I ask what you paid for #76156?  I'd consider it at $45, 50% off, because I expect it to get that low at some point.  I just got #76155 for 40% off on Amazon.  Of course, it came with a hole in the box so I'm trying to exchange it.  Another example of why buying from Target online with local store pickup is better than Amazon.

Just marked down $10 plus the gift card so $20 or 22.22% off

    PS
Thought of getting another round of the giftcard deal but nothing really caught my eye

A lot of City and Friends sets, along with others, are 20% off this week if you buy them online. I picked up #60346 and #60347 that way, which even at that discount is still highway robbery.

Target Ad starting Sunday 11/20 says "Up to 40% off Select Sets".  Nothing specific listed but the picture shows Bro Thor's New Asgard and the SW Mandalorian Forge neither of which are currently showing a reduced price.  Will be interesting to see if they add anything else to what is currently on sale or up the discounts on anything.

#76397 one of the newer HP sets is 40% off
So is #76386 but not sure if I have that already

#76183 #76179 two of the newer Batman sets also deep discounted but not my style

Also all of the Advent calendars

The City Advent one wasn't reduced to match the Friends one pricewise.  I missed the Star Wars one online so I'll need to see if they have any left in store at the sale price.  Preparing to return original discounted Advent Calendar purchases to Walmart & Costco.  I also managed to grab #10778 the Mickey, Minnie & Goofy Fairground set at 20% off.  Already got the other two Disney sets on sale from Walmart.  Prices on the rest don't come in lower than what I've previously paid other than the Hogwarts Moments Defense one which I got way back from Kohl's using Kohl's cash for a 33% discount.  And I got a price match on the Shrieking Shack for the one I bought on sale back in October when it was only 10% off.  Just need to go get a price match adjustment on #60205 the City Train Tracks I bought in store last week.

Lots of sets on sale this week, mostly 20% off, but some as much as 40%. 48x48 grey baseplate 40%, 32x32 white, blue, or green 20%. #76217 I am Groot 20%- I think this is one of a few prices good through Christmas Eve.

Was able to get the SW Advent Calendar @ my local store for the $28.79 sale price so now I need to return all three that I bought from Costco (HP, Marvel & SW).  They had one City one left on the shelf but it scanned @ full price even though it's listed online for $28.79.  Very strange that the City one is the only one not getting a bigger discount anywhere.  I guess the snooze fest the last 3 City ones were made stores reluctant to stock as many so it has a lower supply they need to move.  Marvel one seems to be the least popular one this year followed by HP.

@560Heliport I saw the baseplate deal as well, but all my Target had left in store was the blue 32x32, would have been more interested in the white 32x32, or maybe the gray

@karrit I saw the advent calendar deals but I still have some of last year's Harry Potter advent calendar in my backlog, and a bunch of small models seems harder to sort out and a lower value proposition

#76156 Rise of the Domo was on sale for $62.99, I had bought it at MSRP for a $10 giftcard deal, service desk clerk performed a price adjustment (my idea was to buy another, then return it with the old receipt, but this was a bit simpler)

Got #41705 Heartlake Pizzeria - like 41712, at MSRP but fit into a Circle deal. Surprised it took me so long to buy a LEGO pizza set. Besides being a chow hound in general, sentimental value as #41092 Stephanie's Pizzeria was one of my first AFOL sets and #10036 Pizza to Go rerelease was one of my favorite KFOL sets

I thought about that but didn't want a bunch of money tied up in giftcards on a week when I don't get a paycheck

#76208 one of the sets on the giftcard deal which I might actually want

I bit on the GC deal, but it’s not quite as great as it sounds if you normally use your red card. You save $50 but then give back $25 because there’s no 5% redcard discount. Oh well, free $25 anyway :)

True but when you use the Gift Cards to pay you accrue money toward Target Circle bonuses.  I think you get 1%.
