    Definitely YMMV, also between targets. Someone in our LUG said they found them at Target. The Target I went to didn't have any oddly enough. I'm guessing they are putting them in different places or allocating the supply oddly.

    I'll finally have to grab this since they're sold out.It was one of those sets I've always wanted due to Brainiac and Supergirl are all-new minifigures and exclusive to this set.I felt it was overpriced at 24.99 so always ended up buying something else

    Excludes starter packs and limit of four qualifying items. Pretty good deal if you don't want the BOGO deals that these usually get.

    Price for Brainiac Attack, at the Lego Store (B and M) on Saturday was $19.99... sold out online, though. @Kralaskan, know anyone living near a B and M? I only get to one once a month, so I'm no help.

    Per the brickseek link, my local target supposedly had both. 3 Batman and 5 Hydra set. I went there to check it out and they had zero Batman and 2 Hydra...possibly purchased right away? But I picked up one Hydra set.

    ^I've been calling around and apparently no one has the batmobile either even if brickseek shows them in green. I wonder if that's anticipated shipment or something.

    ^Possibly stock in the back room being held due to shelf date restriction (which we all know some stores rigorously follow and some regularly overlook).

    They are indeed in the back room with a Jan 1st street date attached.How closely each Target follows that restriction varies. Target employee told me Jan 3rd they are set to stock the shelves with new sets.

    I went to our local target, showed them my canceled order.   They said if product was on the shelf they would honor it.  Product was there.   I got the deal.   Plus 1 for target I guess.
    they were out of the Cubes though

    Usually they'll tell you it's street dated. Unless they've opted to say it's oos instead of explaining why they can't sell it yet.

    I was able to get one of each today. Thank you for the DCPI. The clerk fetched them from the back for me.

    Even if it is street dated, why would they honor that fir the dc set but not the marvel set? That's the peculiar thing. Although I really only want the new Batman. The goons are okay and the batmobile is okay, but I don't know if that set is worth 30. Granted the marvel set isn't either. The only seeking point is iron man since the rest are rehashed and skull just had a new outfit that doesn't go with how I picture him.

    ^^ I wouldn't say "honor".  More like why would they "screw up" for the DC set but not the Marvel set?  And when you consider the multiple seasonal workers stocking the toy department each night, the question becomes rhetorical.

    Last night, the same Target ended up having the DC set out also. So I picked it up. They also had a few Star Wars battle packs, so I picked them up also. I decided I might as well, even though I was torn at first.

    Target ran the same promo as last year with 10% off target gift cards (only today). It is a good way to get exclusive online at 15% off if you have a redcard.
    Also they may screw up again and offer 15% off any LEGO set like they did on November :) making those exclusive really interesting price wise.

    @Thanos75 I didn't know about that one, I am referring at receiving a 5% discount on the total order when buying online even thought it is paid (partially) by GC. In store it is 5% on the portion not paid by GC.
    Did that change too ?

    I'm pretty sure they got that one aswell. The 5% red card shows until I try and do  partial with the GC. Then the 5% drops off. Maybe I'm just trying it in the wrong order.

    @Thanos75 - my experience is that you sign in and it defaults to the 5% if you have your card stored in your online accou t, then also select gift card payment.  Youay have to charge one dollar to the target card, the rest on the gift card, and the 5% should work.  Did this in the last week or so.

    I found four lightning lad cubes on the shelf and they only rang up at $9.99. I wonder if they're trying to clearance them out.

    I am amazed at how many cubes are at Targets near me. I ordered online thinking it would be hard to get. I counted over 50 still.

    My target only had around 10 left, but that's pretty good considering the rest of the aisle has been decimated.  

    There were a ton of cubes on the shelf last year.

    Just stopped in at a Target here and the Lego section is more picked over than I've ever seen it. Sure it's 2 days before Xmas, but they've filled half the aisle with other non-Lego building sets (cough). There were a couple of Nexo Knights sets, a couple of Star Wars TFA sets, and several 2016 Friends sets over in the Friends/Princess/Elves section.

    I checked some of the DCPI's for Star wars and found the next two battle packs, and Cloud City, but interestingly enough Battle of Takodana was listed as Hall of Mirrors still and was $50 opposed to the $60 Lego has it listed at.
