(UK) Anybody interested in a "swop" My #10228 HAUNTED HOUSE for 76023 THE TUMBLER

Just putting this out there, is anyone interested in a trade of my #10228 Monster Fighters Haunted House, it is sealed and complete although it has a tear on the front of the box and a small 5cm hole in the side of the box and some edge wear.
#10228 are currently going for £200 + on ebay.
I am looking to trade this for a sealed #76023 The Tumbler.
I would cover the postage my end and the trader could order this from Lego S&H send it to me and pocket the, (double I think ATM), VIP points.

Must have been underpriced then! Didn't you get any offers. I'd have done that trade but only just seen your post!

I put it on for just under completed listings price for sealed one due to the box damage, (I still got £200, not what I paid for it and I still made a fair few quid).
No didn't get any offers, if some one had done the "swop" then they would have got a bargain :D
Now off to S&H to buy the #76203 Tumbler and pocket the double VIP points myself :p
