^ Awesome, you all read that right, if Coulson is released as a SDCC exclusive, I have an excuse to buy it.

Err... are you married to @xiahna?
Yeup! Together for 9 years this year & we've been married for six of them.

Then you DO have an excuse to buy it! I'm happy to be a witness, in case of any court proceedings! :-)

In addition to the often mentioned Lantern Corps figs and Batman Beyond, I'd really like to see a Reverse Flash and Zoom (black TV show costume, not comic version). It would be nice to see some new DC villains.

With Batman Beyond now folded into the New52 formally chances are better, but it would likely be a Tim Drake version rather than a Terry Mckinnis, not that you would be able to tel with the all enveloping costume.

would be great if they did a special Return of the Joker set, Terry/Batman, Old Bruce, Joker, Old Tim/Robin.
DC announced that with "Rebirth" they'll be bringing Terry back!

^ I got an error. Says something about "a missing piece" That was a really great book. I like the jla satellite HQ. Mongrel destroyed it in the opening sequence of Infinite Crisis. Do zombies sell? Blackest night....

Ah, you might want to put this on a thread for Lego Ideas rather than random DC threads. I also got a 404 by the way...

    Speaking of BIG figures

I saw some concept artwork for a Lego Mythology range by Alexander Boudon. I'm not sure if this was just an example of how design works or an actual line of Mythology sets(PLEASE) being developed but this guy has some really dope sh!t....

I realize the picture is dated 2010 and the minotaur and cyclops have been released!

i gotta say, I'm getting pretty sick of this guy popping in everywhere with a quick, lame reply before plugging his hall of justice moc

I don't even think it's a set we need - the hall of justice either needs to be huge or what's the point?

Back to the thread if anyone plans on getting the new Scarecrow set and doesn't care for the Blue Beetle figure I am happy to take him off your hands!

Those images were part of the work Alexandre did for his recruitment workshop when applying to be a LEGO graphic designer in 2010. He did end up getting the job, and some subsequent figures are definitely based on his concepts, even though the original images were not actual "on-the-job" concept work. I hope the new Raven figure from Teen Titans will have a double sided face. Sadly she looks a bit too cartoony in my opinion (cause it's based on the tv series TTG), but I don't think we'll be seeing her as a 'normal' figure like starfire, beastboy and robin from the jokerland set. (And cyborg from the darkseid invasion set)

my dream list would be flashpoint joker, flashpoint batman (with silver pistols) a better scarecrow (the new incarnation is way too kiddy for me) superman (joker toxin version) the dark knight returns batman (with anti-superman suit) i would also love to see an Arkham games style red hood and killer croc (again new versions is way to kiddy) and thats it. ps. i would also want every version of the batsuit ever in a display case shaped like the bat symbol but i dont got the money for that crap...

There's a new Catman coming out in the Batman CMF wave!  I wasn't entirely sure if it was going to be Blake Catman, or someone else.  With Deadshot and Bane, that's halfway to a Lego Secret Six!

What we know so far of the Infinity Gems:
the Space Gem (the Tesseract) - Revealed in Captain America (current owner: Heimdall)
the Mind Gem (Loki's Scepter) - Revealed in the Avengers (current owner: the Vision)
the Reality Gem (the Aether) - Revealed in Thor the Dark World (current owner: Taneleer Tivan aka the Collector)
the Power Gem (the Orb) - Revealed in Guardians of the Galaxy (current owner: Nova Corps)

So, looking at that, we need two more Marvel movies that haven't had an Infinity Gem show up yet, the Soul Gem & the Time Gem. Dr Strange or Black Panther are good possibilities for the Soul Gem, leaving the Time Gem. I'm thinking either Ant-Man or Captain Marvel.
    After reading this post...

I wished they make a Thanos: Infinity Quest movie right before Avengers 3 came out. I mean , he's already said," I'll just do it, myself." That means anybody holding a gem is about to get it...

... except Death. Damn lady makes Thanos act really emotional and girly. Women....

That's what annoys me about the rebooted Marvel universe. I was a huge Avengers fan in the 1970s and 80s (collected the entire first run of the Avengers comics), and SHIELD had nothing to do with the formation of the team.

Minifigure I'd most like to see is Hawkeye in his original purple costume, followed by Kang and all the other characters from the Celestial Madonna story arc.

@datsunrobbie, I know it's not the comics I grew up with, but it was never meant to be that universe. As I understand it, it's meant to be based loosely off the Ultimate universe, while it will never beat out the Marvel universe from my childhood, I did find it interesting & fun, things are the same, but they're different. The best way to look at it is that the MCU is like the new Star Trek. As for Kang, unless Fox gets a clue & hands back the rights to Marvel properties they're holding hostage, no Fantastic Four, no Kang (the rights to Kang were tied to the FF rights, much like Galactus).

I hold fast - and dear - to the comic storylines and characters from the 60s-80s (maybe early 90s). The late 90s and the new stuff just drive me bonkers...

That's the old school Avengers that our Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, and our Moms and Dads grew up, i'm talking about today's Avengers from the MCU and the MAU.

I'm hoping for some more midnight sons characters. Blade the vampire hunter, Morbius, zanathos, lilith, the evil dwarf guy, vengeance. Probably never going to happen but then again I never thought I'd see ghost rider or doctor strange in the brick. Dormammu or nightmare would be cool, too.

How about some 2099 characters? That would be awesome, I'm a huge fan of those books.

Anyone else like the Metal Men? I LOVED those comics when I was a kid, I don't have them anymore but I think I might have to go hunt some down. ..

Oh. I want a Howard the Duck. He was in an easter egg so they have no excuse! :-)
