Ha!
Just kidding (kinda)
How do you not love Stan Lee?
One of my sons actually does want another Batman costume - The heatwave suit from the first LEGO Batman game. I guess you really can never have too many Batman outfits!
DC
Captain Marvel (SHAZAM!) One of my all time favorite characters aside from Hal Jordan Green Lantern. I can't justify spending the money for the SDCC exclusive, so it would be great to get a newer version. Even if its the updated costume with the hood.
Guy Gardner (Green Lantern) Second favorite Green Lantern
Blue Beetle (Ted Kord)
Booster Gold
Power Girl
Honorable Mention: Larfleez (Orange Lantern) and Bizarro
MARVEL
The Fantastic Four The GREATEST Super Team in the Marvel Universe!!!
Black Panther
Ms. Marvel (Carol Danvers aka Capt Marvel)
Dr. Strange
The Beast
Honorable Mention: Ghost Rider and Black Cat
not small at all
The x-men are still a bit light, Beast, Rouge, Professor X stand out as obvious candidates.
Thanos is a big must have and I am sure we will see the big guy, Yondu is another. More Thor characters would be nice, Lady Siff would be good. However I still think a bunch of S.H.I.E.L.D characters would go a long way, Coulson, May, Agent Carter, Agent 13 etc. etc. Lego should plunder that TV property like pirates on the brick bounty.
on the DC side I have to say I am petty happy, a better Harley would be nice, one with a more New 52 look.
Court of Owls would be outstanding as a villain based set, obviously Ra's Al Ghul would be a stand out figure and if Lego go after a TV version that opens up the Team Arrow property, which would be great.
All the characters featured in the movie seems to already exist except for the the tiger girl villain (forgot her name) meaning she is most likely to be the exclusive figure included in the packaging.

lot of the suggestions are currently in / on the way to production! KEEP THEM COMING!
Marvel Comics: Battle packs for SHIELD, HYDRA, AIM; Luke Cage (grown up, not the kid show version), SheHulk, Squirrel Girl.
DC: Batman Beyond, Inque (maybe using one of those new ghost-bodies for the legs?), Mad Stan, John Stewart, Hawkgirl.
Bonus: "Christmas Lantern" Guy Gardner. (In Lost Army, he had both his red and green rings. A shame they pulled the plug after six issues.)
@flord those would be awesome!!!
I'd love to see sets from all the current marvel tv series... agents of shield, agent carter, daredevil, jessica jones, (upcoming) luke cage, iron fist ....
Marvel: Aunt May (FINALLY!), spider girl (YES), scarlet spider, scorpion?, (new?) green goblin, Ghost Rider (they did it!), Hobgoblin, Doc Ock (classic), White Tiger (YES!), Captain Stacy, Vulture!, DOCTOR STRANGE!!! (and of course, many times spiderman)
DC: Scarecrow (hoping for updated version), a farmer?, anti-gas batman, killer moth!, killer croc (BIGFIG!), Captain Boomerang!!, Red Hood (YESSSS!), Katana!!!!!!
I'm so excited about these! What do you guys think?
I'm always torn by these sets. My stream of consciousness thoughts go like this:
I like Lego sets, but the Lego figures are a bit 'cutesy' (this is from an adult POV, and obviously IMHO) and comic book mini-figures are even more cute because of the journey from page to plastic. Nevertheless, I can fairly easily get over that to collect them.
The sets they appear in are sometimes completely not what I want, and so I either have to accept that there'll be a lot of plastic that is mainly of interest to my children and not me, or brick linking. So far, the only one I've done that for is Quicksilver - and my gang get to play with a Green Lantern spaceship, a beige Tumbler, a purple motorbike, a red motorbike, Deadpool's chopper (oo-errr), a Shield 4x4, a Shield flying car, Spiderman's flying bike, the Mandarin's mini-tank, a Shield jet, a Chitauri flying platform, a Sakaaran spacepod, some kind of mining bubble machine and the Avenjet.
The Quinjet is for me though. But about to be joined by a second, which I'm not so bothered about.
So, whilst I love the idea of a Ghost Rider set, does the bike need to be quite so massive? I am interested in what Dr Strange will come with - if it's a decent diorama then I'll be happy.
What I would like and can't get as Lego yet is: Jean Grey/Marvel Girl, Iceman, Angel, Beast, Rogue, Prof X, Colossus, Jubilee, Nightcrawler, Thunderbird, Banshee, Sunfire, Havok, Polaris, Shadowcat, Dazzler, Forge, Longshot, Psylocke, Cable, Gambit, Captain Britain, Fantastic Four, the Wasp, Wonder Man, Mockingbird, Phil Coulson, Nextwave (would be funny), Nova, Punisher, Daredevil. And maybe some DC ones...
Save the SDCC for slightly more obscure characters that I don't have pay $$$ for...
I'd better hope they don't actually do what I want, or it'll get expensive...
And also, they did make a Luke Cage/Power Man minifigure already.
A Captain Universe Spider-Man, or Vampire Wolverine for example, or Batman of Zur En Ar (which they already did). Those kind of figures are cool if you get them, but not gut wrenching like seeing Captain Marvel (Shazam) or Bizarro as exclusives :(
Forgot about the Daily Bugle set! May BL that one... And I'm not including SDCC editions as a matter of principle! :-)
In any case, even if Deadpool does appear again in kid-targeted media, LEGO might hesitate to make another fig of him while his R-rated theatrical film is still fresh in people's minds.
