Not sure if I'm allowed to post links to my eBay sales, but I'm selling my 1980's Space Lego sets on eBay. Auctions end later today and I wanted people that would appreciate them to have a chance to bid. They are all in fantastic condition and a few sets have boxes and instructions.

Would have been cool to maybe offer them to folks on here, discounted of the Ebay fees.  That would be a very good alternative use of your very first post on these forums.

I think you would almost guaranteed sell everything and probably save yourself some fee charges in the long run had you asked people on here first as an aside to eBay like @TheLoneTensor said. Perhaps if they don't sell offer them on here at a discount?
