This has been discussed and dissected at significant length and detail in other threads - in one in particular that lies just below this thread when you are at the main view.
At any rate I digress I don't see a clear winner that should be scooped up first out of those three if you don't have them. If anything source them all NOW. That will save you money long term.
In terms of long term success right now I and I believe many others are banking on the TH.
Though I will answer you, and say none of them. There are better places to spend your money for investing in Lego than already-rising retired sets.
