There are man y threads that discuss this, and quite honestly if you ask three people a question of what they think you will get three different answers.
(though guessing most would say Town Hall)
I would say ask in this thread

I'd say Town Hall, Fire Brigade, then Emporium. Many people on here feel that the Town Hall can go up to $700-800 this time next year.

When you say `a few` do you mean a few, or just one like you meant before?

All the information you need is in the predictions thread.

I'd say all 3, because they're all going to be worth a lot in a decade or so

Tyyyyyyyypically you wouldn't start a whole new thread for something like this.

This has been discussed and dissected at significant length and detail in other threads - in one in particular that lies just below this thread when you are at the main view.

At any rate I digress I don't see a clear winner that should be scooped up first out of those three if you don't have them. If anything source them all NOW. That will save you money long term.

In terms of long term success right now I and I believe many others are banking on the TH.

Never seen it i was in the middle of cooking my tea, :) I dont understand about why the TH is most popular?I would have thought the FB would have been by a distance.

@piratemania7 is right, this belonged in PDSSMV thread.

Though I will answer you, and say none of them.  There are better places to spend your money for investing in Lego than already-rising retired sets.

It makes little sense to buy any for "Investing" as they are all no longer RRP and most gain the sets would see...at least for the foreseeable future, has already happened. Buy a Pet Shop or Parisian Restaurant instead.

My answer to the OP's question is D (none of the above). Buy Pet Shop at RRP (or better) if you're looking for an investment. If you just want to have modulars, buy the ones you want and feel you can afford.

Definitely none of them. They have all had their spike after going EOL. Invest in something current.

I'd say invest in the PS but i think the PC will probably go first.

I think we're done here. The OP has an answer but for future reference the Predictions on Discontinuing Sets thread is the best place for this kind of thing.
