Hi :)

Hi Everyone :), how are you? :) I'm a long time Lego Collector, I got my first set back in 1986 which was a Lego Airport. I was about 6 years old when I got it for Christmas. I then collected until about 1993 which is when I became a preteen. Other than Legos I also collected Transformers, and Comics. After the mid 90's I didn't buy any sets for many years. Then it was after Star Wars Revenge of the Sith was released, I was walking through a store, and realized that I'd been out of touch with Lego products for a long time, and saw Lego was making both Star Wars, and Batman sets. First set I bought as an adult was set 7252 the Vader Rises set. Then it began with a small set, then turned into a few Batman sets, then more Star Wars sets. One day I woke up and realized I had way over 100 sets new, and old. Then back in 2010 I was working as a Digital Artist, I had a job that was contracted work, and when that fell through I had no job, and had to start selling off collectibles to survive. It was around this time I realized that Legos had become collectible. But not before selling off some sets, and minifigures for next to nothing. When the Batman sets started going off the shelves, I started buying them up when I'd see them around. I used to find sets at everything from Goodwill, to Flea Markets in which the boxes would be really damaged, but would have factory sealed bags. 90% of the time the sets that were opened never had figures. I bought several damaged Ultimate Collector Falcon sets. So the past few years I spent restoring some sets that were missing factory sealed bags. The past year I've been selling most my Legos on Ebay. I wouldn't want to turn to topic into an Anti Ebay thread, but I'm sure many Members here sell on Ebay as well. But in short their fees are very unfair. I believe the best way to stay in business is to offer fair prices. And selling on Ebay I always have to sell for more to make up for fees, and because of that it slows my sales. I'm scared to sell some of my expensive items on Ebay due to their fees because of how much they often get. I agree Ebay should get something for their services, and site being used, but don't agree I should be fee'ed to death. So I've joined this site in hopes of selling off the rest of my Lego Collection, and hope I can sell for less than on Ebay. I thought I'd see if anyone has interest in the sets I've collected over the years. I have a vintage collection consisting of old Town, Castle, Pirates, and just a few small Space sets. I have a misb Battank that is currently for sale on Ebay. This is the last boxed set I have for sale, and my last sealed Batman set. I have 3 Batcaves, 1 Arkham Asylum, 1 Bat wing, 1 Tumbler, and 1 Bat Tank that are loose. All are new blocks. Some of the older sets I know I'm missing some pieces, and minifigures for. Someone may be interested in restoring them. I have some instructions for some of the old sets, and  some boxes too. The thing I collected the most over the years have been Minifigures. I never assemble my Minifigures ever, I keep them stored in Mylar Bags. Most the Minifigures to my sets have never been assembled. And lastly I have several Star Wars Ultimate Collector Falcons I'd like to sell off. It takes me forever to go over all the pieces, and parts, and I currently have 2 jobs, and haven't been able to slow down long enough to go over all the sets. I wanted to introduce myself, and see it anyone has interest in these sets before listing them on the site. And also to make sure they're all complete. Nice to meet everyone :). This is an awesome site.

    Hi @batdude3!

I don't want to sound pedantic and put you off or anything but lengthy posts like this are so much easier to read on screen if you break them up into paragraphs.

Feel a bit bad for @Batdude3. He seemed nice but then he got really annoyed.

    Sounds like an epitaph.

It's part of the prophecy, he was sacrificed as an offering to the ABS gods and we were bestowed with a pic of the Kwik-E-Mart.
