^^The jabba set could be clone wars...I certainly hope not.

Please give us return of the jedi.

So what exact ships would the "Felucian Fighter" and "The Old Republic Starfighter" be modeled on?

You can link to a non-Lego image like on Wookieepedia.

^^jabbas palace and desert skiff are all it says I assume they are redo's of the previous ROTJ sets but i have not found any other information. I'm loving the epi 4 focus for next year. The Y-wing is my personal favorite though I do think the nose section is a little wide on the new one but it's a minor complaint. @the_real_indy new female sw figs are assume but then again looks like OT fans are getting spoiled for new or reprinted figs in 2012 the detailing on them is amazing I am especially loving the redesigns in droids escape I am only going to get it for the 3p0 and sandtroopers.

I too am very much looking forward to these new sets, great to see alot of OT sets and especialy so with the increase in detail for the figures, I hope that carries through to the new Jabba I assume is coming. I love the new Tie Fighter but agree with you @bellybutton290 the Y-Wing is a little wrong at the front end, but again, great new figures!

@warlock44 given how good these figs are looking for wave 1 then I agree with you, the potensial for the skiff and jabba palace sets is huge, jabba might even end up with some nice detailing aswell. If we see a rancor in that set then I might just weep. Let's also not forget the sets themselves are significant improvements from their previous incarnations the Y-wing nose is the only slightly bad thing about any of them and that is very minor. There are so many sets I want now both from SW and city lines next year I have no idea how I'm going to find the money.

Since they have done a Tauntaun and then a Wampa, it seems like doing a Rancor would be the next logical move for the license, especially because they are featured in Clone Wars a lot. I bet you it would be a one-piece-animal, or actually a few limb and body pieces that attach with Technic pins, similar to the T-Rex in the new "Dino" sets. They could make it like that for a $5 cost, and it would add $50 of value to the set! C'mon LEGO, you paid for the license, now make a Rancor and make some bank!

^agreed a few limbs and parts like the wampa. Rancor and possible figs will make it an attractive set but my god if it turns out like Echo base this year I won't be best pleased and to show my displeasure I'll wait at least a week to buy it like I did echo base a couple of months ago ha ha.

I like the 2007 Y wing better in terms of overall aesthetics by seeing the picture of the 2012 set because the 2007 have a better front and engine. 2012 seems have less detail and possible stickers on the engines. However, I like the slimmer body of 2012 model, behind the cockpit are). And the minifigs. Since I have the 2007 model, I will just buy the minifigs of 2012

@macmon not sure I agree with the detail comment I happen to think the new one is better in that regard. I do however agree that stickers look like they on the new model which is rarely good and I do agree with all you said about the size and shape of the 2012 vs the 2007, not least the front section as I mentioned earlier.

@bellybutton290 I am assuming the detail you are mentioning would be the main body behind the cockpit and the cannons? If so, yes it seems it is much better.
Just to clarify regarding the less details, I was referring to the engines of the 2012 which seems there are less parts to assemble as compared to the 2007 model. BUT I may be wrong. I was basing the comment on the initial inspection of the available pic of the 2012.
I was however wondering why the front part was converted to a lesser aesthetic build? Anyway, I guess that is just me. :)

@macmon yes I was refering to behind the cockpit and cannon much improved there but engines seem more simplistic and nose is not as aestheticly pleasing or accurate as the 2007 version you'll get no agrument from me there.
