What is this?

Someone is selling these 3 on an auction site and I was wondering if anyone could help identify the first figure. It looks like a Dalek from Dr Who, but that isn't possible. Thanks!

It is a Dalek but non-Lego made. Uhhhhh makes me cringe.

I just want the bee figure really, but will point out to the seller that his auction is slightly inaccurate as he named it '3 Lego minifigures'.

    Thanks for the reply guys!

You might want to check whether the other two are also Lego. They have both been faked already. For example you can buy sets of six animal suit guys from Malaysia on eBay, that are called Lego in the title, then custom in the description.

Yes, I've seen those fake ones. Hard to check though, considering they look reasonably similar. But this is a NZ seller so I hope it hasn't reached here yet. I bought another 3 minifigures off the same seller earlier so will check if those are real when I get them.

Is Gas Mask boy available? As it just so happens, the wife and I just finished Season 1 on Netflix. Not bad.
