The best way is to search by 'catalog items' for the set number, and click the 'inv' link for that set. This should show the inventory of the set, with the sticker sheet at the stop of most, if not all, parts lists with a linked 'part number'.
Click on that sticker sheet part number, and then click the link under 'Lots for sale' and then and it will show those selling it, and how much for each.
Individual sticker-ed parts can found on BL but it can be tricky especially if they are not in the inventory or appear in a catalog items search for the set number.
