Help with MOC/Test your skill

So I recently got around to putting together the bike shop/cafe only to be disappointed with the size as it wont work well with the other modulars. So using ONLY the LEGO from this set, I was on a mission to create a building that would fit. The only problem is near the end (bottom floor is what I built last) I started running low on pieces. I can post instructions for my MOC if anyone is interested in trying to imporve, or lets see what you can make using only parts from #31026 and a base plate.

You done pretty good job with just the parts from that set and a 16x32 Baseplate. However I think you could think of ordering more parts to finish some unfinished areas or completely remodel it, an example I found online:

Yeah honestly I'm not a huge fan of these colors. But thought it would be a fun challenge. Looks like whoever made that used 2-3 or more sets
