Do lego stores ship internationally?

So if I buy many big sets from a Lego store in Europe, is it possible for them to ship the items or give some boxes that would help me with the sets when I take a flight to home?

They'd help you with the boxes no doubt, but you'd have to make your own courier arrangements.
