the Modulex Bricks Facebook page.
Modulex bricks who was ready to hit the start button, is now buried in the dark

    1) it was NOT a hostile takeover. It was a fair family trade.
    2) considering LEGO brand protection is seems like quite the right move.

Yes, this is getting annoying. While in quite a few of the recent danish articles on this matter it's easy to get the impression that it indeed was a 'hostile takeover', NOWHERE does the TLG spokesman agree to that. It's just a standard 'no comment' .. Nor have any from the family offcially spoken about the whole affair in such a way
It's just crappy journalism to sell more papers, sigh

Quite honestly, I don't want Modulex back. Why should I want bricks that are not compatible with all the Lego I currently have?

Unfortunately that Facebook Group is set up as a closed group style format... which means you have to be accepted for membership before you can even post, or comment. This adds an unnecessary hurdle for people who just want to comment or show their support.

They would have been better to have it an open group (like the original Modulex group) where you can post anytime.... and the number of LIKES of people visiting the group shows up at the top of the page.

Using Facebook for something just slightly important = FAIl

But it's great for getting the numb masses to riot, now let's see just how many of those 10k supporters are willing to lay down some doe for new Modulaex bricks :/
