I have the following sealed sets for sale due to having a car crash and writing off my car & having to get a new one while waiting for the insurance to stop dragging their heels !.

The sets are NISB, not mint but VGC & please read descriptions:-

#10228 Haunted House - Sealed but damage to box,
(the damage to front of box where sticker or tape was removed & hole on side of box & edge wear, this damage was present when I bought this set, please see pictures),
I don't want to really sell this one so looking for offers of between £260-£280.

Sorry there isn't anything rare or exciting & most of it is readily available in the shops/ Lego shop & site/ etc and the prices are just a bit below retail & don't include postage costs but I would rather not have to part with any of it.
I thought I would let the Brickset community have a look first before putting them on ebay.
