Travel Case?

I'm on the hunt for a portable travel case (with attached base plate) for my 4yr old daughter. Something compact that she can use on road trips, in restaurants, waiting rooms, ect. I've seen a lot of the DIY ones but nothing really stands out.
Does anyone have any ideas?

How big are you wanting to go?

There are these ones, where you can store reasonable sized plates inside ...

Then there is this style, smaller, more for figures and a few acessories ...


I reckon for restaurants and waiting rooms, the smaller one is better. Easy to carry, doesn't take up too much room, not too many parts to lose ,...

Thanks for the response! While my daughter does like the Friends line, she much prefers the more classic LEGO :) I actually found a buildable LEGO pencil case that could double as a travel case, so I think I'll go with that.

If she prefers the normal lego the junior suitcases are perfect. You get some lego in it and you can change the size of the individual compartments . It doesn't come with big baseplate, but small ones would work. And because it has several compartments, you can put some minifigures in one, a build in another and loose bricks. My son just turned 5 and we use these all the time.

You might already have gone for the pencil case but thought I'd share anyway ;-)

I like those like #LOTRPC Lord Of The Rings Project Case, they come with a 32x32 base plate. Amazon does have a picture but their price is ridiculous.
Comes also in unlicensed such as this one.

Toys R Us is selling the old project cases white labelled. They are made by the same company that did the branded ones that folks have already linked.
