I'm interested to see what Creator #31039 Changing Seasons is, exactly. I have a very vague memory of a rumor about a Creator house that was to come with parts to make it appear as if it were in different seasons. Perhaps this is it.

I'm excited to see the two Elves sets. I assume the castle is the one seen in the box art of the sets we've seen. A sleigh pulled by pegasi sounds cool.

#60092 Deep Sea Submarine sounds like it should be worth getting, but the rest of that line sounds unappealing to me. #60095 sounds like another big, overpriced ship.

I'm not a fan of the Ultra Agents theme, but #70172 and #70173 sound like interesting playsets. The Ocean HQ could again be another big, overpriced ship, though.

I'm also not into Ninjago, but Final Flight of the Destiny's Bounty sounds pretty interesting if it is indeed a ship. The flyer sets must be the Speedorz replacement.

The two OT Star Wars sets (Final Duel and Tydirium) sound somewhat interesting, though I hoped for something a bit better (anything from Cloud City or Dagobah, please! I want to give you money!). Hopefully the shuttle will come with Han and Luke in Endor camo.

Deep sea helicopter sounds interesting. They usually go in the air :-)

I assume final duel will be Luke vs Vader? So possibly a cheap Vader set again.

The Friends sets for the summer are not in our interest area. Hotel is the only one that sounds mildly interesting, but I expect grand will not be quite what I am envisioning. I would want one not unlike the HH. I want a huge hotel that opens. I do not see that happening.

    Elves sets sound interesting.
Changing seasons is potentially very interesting.

Ocean HQ could be very interesting, but I expect it will not be. I would want it to be the size and scope of the current HQ. If so, that would be at the top of his Christmas list....

I saw these earlier and was going to start a similar thread :-)

I'm excited for Agents, Elves and Friends!

Looking forward to the new Imperial Shuttle. +1 for Luke and Han in Endor clobber.

The Deep Sea sets have captured my interest, looking forward to seeing some pictures of those. The Ultra Agents Ocean HQ caught my eye too.

I'm most excited for BIONICLE, Ninjago, and Elves, but City and Friends also sound cool. My brother was sort of expecting a new wave of City Space sets because of the new "hatch" pieces used in the new snowplow — they look like they'd be great for building a rocket or shuttle!

The Elves sets are more or less what people were anticipating from the box art and teaser video. I wish there were more than just eight sets. Still, this has me excited. I wonder who Skyra is... the elf queen or princess, perhaps?

Sounds like summer BIONICLE will bring more villains, which I'm sure will be a popular decision for people who were dissatisfied with #70790 Lord of Skull Spiders as the ONLY dedicated villain set for the first wave. "Mask Maker" is probably Ekimu and will come with the much-anticipated Mask of Creation.

And summer Ninjago sounds like it's moving on from the current Anacondrai story arc. "Ronin R.E.X" has some people excited since Ronin is a character from the new Ninjago handheld video game. Me, I'm more excited to get a new version of Sensei Wu, and new "action game" type sets in the same vein as the spinners from 2011–2012 or the Legends of Chima Speedorz from 2013–2014. It really shows Ninjago has come back with a vengeance! Not to mention "Final Flight of Destiny's Bounty". Sounds climactic!

The German catalog has pics of the new Chima sets on page 84 and says they're coming in May.

Glad to get a couple more Episode I sets in the summer Star Wars lineup, but it's still not what I've REALLY been hoping for — a Theed Palace set, or more new Podracers! Maybe one year we might get Theed Palace as a D2C set...

Pretty pumped for the Heartlake Skatepark. Hoping it takes full advantage of the color palette; I want to see something with a garish early-90's vibe.

It's always hard to guess what to expect just by names, but my categories of interest would be:

CITY sets - will simply depend on what they actually look like.
Creator, Changing Seasons - Possibly, depending on what it is.
Agents - possibly, but not likely.

I didn't make a fuss about them in a news article because the info will have come from a retailers' catalogue and the list was published elsewhere some days before I added them.

^ I had noticed a few of them on the database and assumed that was why there was no announcement about it ;-)

I'm trying to focus mainly on the Superheroes and Elves themes this year and all I see from both of those sounds good. I very much expected that Elves Sleigh after seeing the teaser video on the website.

I'm quite interested to see what this incarnation of City's Space variant will be.

I was very interested in the new Anacondrai Ninjago wave and am worried that there seems to be another change of direction so soon--we aren't even seeing the Anacondrai sets in the U.S. yet! I hope they will become available for me at [email protected] soon; I don't like to risk buying them from Europe and paying high shipping fees.

Lots of intriguing sets otherwise, although I could do without the apparent focus on pop stars in the Friends world. Wonder what a "Rumble Bear" is supposed to be?

In the catalog I linked in my post above, you can see a picture of it. it's a bear-shaped mech that looks like it transforms into some kind of three-wheeled all terrain vehicle.

I'm pretty sure the first wave of 2015 Ninjago sets will be available in the US in February or March. After all, the new season of the show is premiering here in February, so they'll probably want to have the sets on shelves either by then or soon after.

Any news on the architecture series for the 2nd half of 2015 yet?
  • koozkooz Member Posts: 158
What about the rumors of some kind of monster-themed sets? I remember reading about that somewhere.

The city space stuff sounds interesting. I'll join those interested in the OT sets. I got rid of my UCS IS, so a budget replacement could be fun.

It looks like prices for #75093 Death Star Final Duel and #75094 Shuttle Tydirium have been discovered: £69.99 and £79.99, respectively. Based on prices of other sets, that translates to ranges of $80-$90 and $100-$120 in the US.

Considering the original Final Duel was a sub-$10 set, I wonder what all will go into a $60-90 version.

^Flick-fire missiles, rapid fire missiles, springloaded missiles, and a catapult for good measure.

The "monster-themed sets" could be the Scooby-Doo rumors in the other thread.

Loving that there will be two (well, one and a half) waves of Ultra Agents in 2015. I very much enjoyed that theme in 2014

And a trap door to send the Emperor plummeting to his demise... er, dissassembly.

^Don't forget the minifigure leg breaking super jumpers so children can replicate how Darth Vader was jumping all around the throne room during this fight.

^ And a completely new stormtrooper design (x1) to any released thus far... y'know, cos' the Empire positively abhors any whiff of uniformity across identically equipped/armoured/mass-produced-on-a-galactic-scale troopers. ;oP

It's all about the flair in today's modern Empire.
