    God help me, I went to another Walmart in IGH as long as I was on that side of town. Picked up: 

    4x #76085 Battle of Atlantis at $7 (lots of sand green in these)
    #75196 A-wing & TIE microfighters $13
    #75172 Y-wing $35
    #70609 Manta Ray Bomber $17

    They also had #70611 Water Strider at $19 which is a great deal based on price per part, but I had to exercise some restraint :)

    My nearest WM has over 40 sets on clearance right now.  I'm waiting until 50-70% off.  I saw that another WM near my put their JW polys on clearance for $1.  That's the 2nd store to do that.

    ^I picked up the last one of those at the store closest to me last night. Last week, I saw it hiding behind some copies of #70608 Master Falls, which aren't on clearance yet and it's been there ever since. I just couldn't leave it anymore.

    #75529 #75531 were $15. They were just regular price tags on shelves.

    It looks like WM is on trend to start a  nice flow of clearance items. It just so happens to coincide with an annual family trip to the middle of nowhere, and a nice, non-busy, Lego-loveless consumer, Walmart. 

    Last year their clearance aisle was packed with sets. I didn't pull the trigger on most, but it was fun to at least see that what everyone is saying about Walmart clearance isn't just some cruel joke you've all made up to torment me with. 

    T-minus two weeks. Let's pray the deals aren't gone by then!

    The deals are in full swing here, although I haven’t seen a lot with 50% or higher discounts (except #76085 ). Also, nothing in the clearance aisles - everything’s been in the LEGO aisle.

    Ill need to keep my eyes open. Got a couple of Bat Shuttle sets as I wanted to get one for my brother's birthday as well.

    No kidding!  I'm so tired of seeing the stack of those every time I check my local store.  Have no idea why they're still holding out hope on those.  They're older than everything else going on clearance, aren't they?

    Stopped at 3 of my usual stores today. Nothing really changed in past 5-6 days. However in one store there were about 5 of #41615 sitting on the shelf. First I’ve seen any HP at WM. No tag under it, well some clearance tag
    that didn’t belong. Scan came up to $11.97.  Huh??  Promptly picked one up. Typical Walmart madness. Never know what you’re going to find when and where.

    Now if I couldn’t only figure out when next price droo happens so I can grab before they update tags. This week?  Maybe??

    Warning - don’t try to use any of those “UPCs” on BrickSeek. They all have a leading 0 and are missing the last digit.

    Good catch on the UPC numbers. The first column on the receipt appears to be the set number, so you can look up the sets using the search in Brickseek to find the SKU or UPC. Pretty sure Walmart leaves the check digits off the UPC codes on their receipts just to make it a little more difficult to compare item prices.

    Sorry all...picked up more today on a lunch break and will post later. Mostly Star Wars, Super Heroes, Marvel, Friends, Disney (princess type stuff and Moana). Left the Nexo Knights though the parts are so tempting!

    Damn. That’s a haul and those prices are crazy. Well done. I always end up hating my local Walmart even more after checking these threads.

    Yeah, it must be an error. I'm glad they weren't out of stock by the time I got to it. Usually when these things happen I'm at work and by the time I take a break, they're gone.

    I finally found a couple deals locally:

    70643 Temple of Resurrection  for $30
    and 70923 batman space shuttle for $35

    I was watching the shuttle since it was 54 and it jumped to 35 in one day!

    Yeah...you might was to do some Brickseek scanning.  A few WM lowered 'select' sets to 50% off (1 out of my 4 WM).  Was able to find 4 #75190 Star Destroyers for $79, Brickheads $5, Jurassic World Brickheadz $9 and all Super Hero, Batman Movie and Friends sets were half.

    Egghead mech is showing $13 at the Walmart nearest my parents and also the one near my in-laws. Put in a request with each so hopefully I will get one. If I get 2 it will still be less than RRP. One had the heartlake hospital for $49 which might be of interest to some.

    T-minus three days until I leave for my vacation and hit up some rural WMs. The clearance aisles were packed last year for me. Fingers crossed I can finally pick up some of these sweet deals. 

    I need to be prepared that the only things on clearance will be sets that I have zero desire to own. Then I won't be disappointed when reality hits.

    As some already mentioned yesterday, reduced clearance at Walmart seems to now be kicking in.  Yesterday (Aug 1) I stopped at 3 Walmarts and 3 Targest looking for HP minifigs.  I found nothing and usual clearance.  This morning on the way to work I stopped at a Walmart.  They had a clearance table by the entrance with a couple Lego.  Lego aisle was actually straightened though pretty bare.  Not many clearance sets, BUT most of them I scanned came up to 50% off even though the box still had the higher priced tag.  I also got #70923 for $35.  Held off at 54 and patience paid off.
