Hmmm, I'm going to do my best to get the truck early then.  If it sells out as much faster than the windmill as the windmill did before the truck, it may sell out in as little as an hour or two.

I'm now worried about the windmill. Walmart sent an email saying that the house is on backorder.

If we can't ship the items by 02/07, we'll cancel the items, begin processing your refund and let you know by email. "

This really makes me sad, as small a price count as these have, it interested me anyhow.

Ok, it certainly makes sense that you were notified of the back order after purchase. I was referring to the option on the web site to be notified when the item is available.

I sure hope all you people looking to buy these sets are able to score a few, cuz buying these are a true dedication to lego :)   For me, they remind me why i was never into lego as a kid.

Requiring multiple orders would require another free shipping minimum and the item could be out of stock by the time you're able to place another order.

I got a couple of Windmill’s from Jet.com. Got one house that should ready for pick up tomorrow.  I bought these to keep, but I am curious what their value will be over time. My guess is that the value will peak this year with the hype of the 60th and then fade to less than retail price over the long term.

I almost never ship anything to my house. Store pickuo is free and stuff usually is better packaged to boot. No sense in adding filler to hit a shipping threshold when you can pickup for free.

Yes. Very annoyed. These are overpriced but as a collector want to collect all three. My windmill shipped but my house is on backorder. And I'm incredibly annoyed they just will auto-cancel tomorrow instead of trying to fulfill my order!

Makes me wonder if Free Shipping to Store will take precedence over shipping to home, or if there are any other factors that may influence someone getting their order before another person does despite the date/time of order placement.

I did ship to store, and got the email, so I doubt it. I shouldn't care, since it's so low piece count, but, it irks me. And I really want the Truck, so I'm going to be annoyed if I get 2/3.

Found a #41148 Elsa’s Ice Palace for $19 behind some Cinderella‘s Castles at Bloomington today. Kinda banged up, but seems entirely intact.

I resisted all January as you lot posted the deals you found but caved when a LUG member mentioned those special two words - parts draft. So we have I don't know how many $2.50 brickheads for our next meeting and while looking I found $7 Harley Quinn cafe sets and a new LUG member.

In a reverse of the usual situation I found Black Widow brickheads in a store that said they were out, but the expected $2.50 brickheads were full price and all the others $5.

Was able to score a few #41239 for $25 today. Got enough for the kids and myself since neither store had them marked right. If your in the Colorado springs area the Walmart on 8th St still had 2 left this morning.

If I order something with in store pickup how many days will the store hold that for me? I will be arriving in the U.S. in 9 days. Will they hold it for that long?

Stopped by another Walmart today, got 5 #60153 (fun at the beach) for $15 apiece. Really wanted a copy of the set but didn’t want to pay full price so that’s cool.

The emails have said to pick it up in 7 days once they've held it.  Not sure if they'll refund it after that but you might be able to call and get them to hold it longer.
