East Bay,  Hayward,  Union City, San Leandro and Dublin,  San Leandro store show 8 but none was found.  afraid the Fremont would be the same.  on the other hand,  San Leandro store still have a few of Death Trooper!

This is ridiculous. I just went to my closest Walmart and failed to spot a single clearance item! Amazon could beat or match all the "deals." So to all of you fortunate people…

I see Encounter on Jakku and Battle on Takodana both going down to $15 in local WMs, but they soon are out of stock. However, i managed to find #31064 @ $12.50 and #75131 @ $2.50.

Suddenly, I've gone from not caring about the buildable figures to owning several of them. The list of $5 ones I now own is: Darth Vader, First Order Stormtrooper, Finn, Jyn, Death Trooper, Baze, Chirrut, and K-2SO. Stupid LEGO addiction.

Also found #75104 - Kylo's Shuttle and #70323 - Jestro's Lair for $40 each. Have wanted to shuttle for a while. Not into Nexo Knights personally, but my son has all the Ultimate sets and seems to have a growing interest in it. At $40, I bought 2 for the parts and for the ability to make the lair even bigger. Excited to build him a mega lair for his birthday coming up in July.

Found #70625 Samurai VXL for $25. Last one on the shelf, so pretty happy I scored it. 

The only other really good deal was #70321 General Magmar's Siege Engine of Doom for $25. Plus the Spiderman juniors set and juniors construction sets for $15.  West Madison WI

Went to a local WM today.  Had all of the new sets out.  Purchased the Bounty Hunter battle pack.  Also noticed that the Milano set was reduced to $40.  Everything else was around the same, no really good deals.

Doc Strange set was 30% clearanced a month ago.
Then they weren't ringing up/scanning anymore with a discount.

Hey I saw on Brickseek the Captain Rex AT-TE is showing up as $30!!!! at some stores, especially the store closest to me. Thing is.. all gone there. Other stores have it at $70ish.. how can I get one to my store and buy it at $30?

I never worry about even looking for such deals at the local Walmarts. Either such deals are scooped up by those who are professional resellers (who apparently have no other job than to run to store to store any day of the week at any time), or they never get that low to start with (either the store never discounts them or someone picks them up before they can get that low)

Phasma and Rey added to the list. So that's 10 different ones at $5. Think that's as far as I'll get. The pickings in my area are very slim at this point.

Oh man. Just found #75532 Scout Trooper and Speeder Bike for $6.97 at Wal-Mart. YMMV, so check quickly! 

Price wasn't marked in store, just heard about it over at Slickdeals.

^no idea and I didn't ask! Wal-Mart's logic sometimes defies reasoning, it seems... Rogue One battle packs also went on clearance pretty recently. Who knows why?

I picked up 3 speeders at my closest Wal-Mart,  checked brick seek and most of the Wal-Mart's astound me have them marked at 6.97. The shelf tag even said 6.97, no markdown or closeout special tag

I just ran up to the walmart down the street.  Brickseek says they had 3.  Sold out.  Shelf tag even said 6.97  crazy

Brickseek lags usually about 20-30 minutes (at least)  behind real time sales fwiw.

Make sure you look all over the aisle for them. The 3 I purchased were stashed on the shelf laying face down- not even on display.

Brickseeks showing two of my local stores have them in stock at full price and one is 6.97 but out.  Its certainly worth double checking them though!   Wish me luck!

Well I tried to send proxies to get some but Brickseek wasn't showing any near friends and family. The worst thing is anytime I go to buy this set in the future my brain will say 'But it could have been $7!' and it will seem like a bad purchase even if it is a decent deal.

I'm not sure if I'm just doing it wrong, but can someone confirm the SKU/UPC number for me on this as I'd like to check my local stores (not that I feel I have a good chance at this point).

EDIT - 

The "Search" feature apparently was not on my radar. 

The nearest store to me showed them at the $6.97 price, but out of stock. Everyone else is at $54. Go figure.

I was able to find 3 of the Scout Troopers for $6.97, which made me feel better about none of the stores near me having the other Constraction figures for $5 last month.

No luck finding Scout Troopers for less than full retail in my area, but did pick up #75154 - Tie Striker for $17 and #70321 - General Magmar's Siege Machine of Doom for $11. Can't believe I paid roughly the same (about $50) for 5 of the Ultimate Nexo Knights sets as I did ($51) for Jestro's Volcanic Lair and Magmar's Siege Machine. My son is going to have a happy birthday next month.

I was bummed about the Scout Trooper being out of stock so I started searching for other sets on my Want List that might be discounted. To my surprise I found #75828 Ecto 1&2 for $15! It showed 8 in stock at the nearest store to my work. I checked the website and it showed 7 in stock at the same price. 

I threw caution to the wind and decided to make the journey over (slightly out of range for my normal lunch break). I walked in optimistic as the website still showed 5 in stock when I arrived. However, after a 15 minute search of every aisle, every center display, end display, hidden space behind other sets, I came up empty handed. I asked two workers if they could help. They didn't recall having any more as of last week, but agreed that their system showed 5 still in stock. NOTHING!

I ended up scanning probably 50 other sets to see if I could leave with something to not make my trip worthless, but to no avail. 

Now, I don't have a lot of experience with Walmart, but I do have a screen shot showing the listed price and availability. Has anyone ever had luck contacting Walmart to say you want that item at that price? It's a long shot for a set that I could likely find for a little more money elsewhere, but worth asking the collective experience of the forums.
