Wanted: Instructions for Arvo Brothers' Kaneda bike

Howdy. I posted recently over in Building and Techniques about trying to find a copy of Arvo Brothers' Kaneda Bike book. Thought I'd try my had in the marketplace in case someone who can help missed the other discussion.

1. Would anyone be willing to sell their copy of the book? **The Brothers have sold out of the first print, and have no plans (yet) to do another. They also didn't want to release a PDF/electronic version.

2. If not, would anyone be willing to loan me their copy so I can follow the instructions? I'm in Houston Texas. Of course I'd pay for postage both ways. I acknowledge this is taking a risk on your part, so if there's something I can do to ease the risk, please let me know. I don't have too many posts on brickset forum, but if it helps I designed and made a bunch of sticker sets for 4000001 and distributed them to forum members.
