    My local store is running the following promo: a free polybag with $40 purchase. Available polybags include #30355 Jungle ATV.

    I bought a couple of #30355 at $3.99 since there was nothing I wanted on sale.

    I guess I am lucky as this store has always allowed that. It is not an override on the system, they simply ring the items and charge me (most of the time I get the impression the cashier does not even know there is a promo going on).

    I have read here many times how other TRU stores do not allow that, so who knows what their internal policies are.

    The only thing that seems consistent is that a promo does not show as free if a price match is applied.

    Sometimes it's best not to ask, but show up with the polybags/promo items ready to pay. Especially if they ring up as a regular, purchasable item.

    I just picked up the last copy my store had of #60132 since it was on sale for 59.84
    Have wanted it awhile but never liked the price of this set. I had them price match their own website as it was $94.99 in-store & I used $40 in rewards points & got the free #30345 I don't know if that's what you mean by "promo does not show as free if a price match is applied" @JooTog
    I ended up paying $21.58 total w/tax

    Yes, that is exactly what I meant. That failed for me several times last year and I think earlier this year as well. I might give it another try if the opportunity presents itself.

    Picked up the Kylo Fighter in store after seeing the posts earlier today. No signage....but it scanned at the sale price plus included 2 posters and the mini heavy walker polybag. Awesome deal, thanks for posting!

    I also picked up the Kyo Ren Tie from TRU for $40. When I checked the in store pickup option, it was listed as out of stock in every store in a 100 mile radius. There were a few on the shelves when I went there though.

    Found these on the shelf & had to have manager over ride the $3.99 price as they have a sign hanging up next to the Ninjago Movie & Batman Series 1 CMF 2 for $5
    They only had the one freshly opened case before I felt mine out.

    Just curious, do you have a way of checking inventory at TRU?  It's not the first time I've seen you ask for TRU receipt item numbers, one of which I provided to you before.

    Just a note - the TLBM S2 do not scan as a $5.00 for 2 item.  If you can get them to adjust the price - good luck!

    These don't have an official street date until January 1st, but given that stock levels are low, LEGO did authorize the release of all 'held' stock in advance of Christmas.  TLBM wave 2, TLJ wave 2, etc.

    The $5.00 for 2 is only supposed to apply to TLBM, TLNM, and any stragglers from S17.

    The sign says ALL Minifigures regularly priced $3.99 and I held them to it. The rest of the box was taken off the shelf as of this morning.Not my fault a seasonal employee had put them out before shelf date.

    I saw this today at TRU while I was picking up my case of $2-$5 Batman CMF. Manager had no problem with me buying a whole case. Got lucky. I do like the printed anniversary piece.

    Thanks for the pic. I was able to pick up 8 of the new Batman minifigs and had the cashier override the price to honor the 2 for $5

    My local TRU didn't have those out this past weekend or the minifigures..but they had 15-20 of the Saturn V sets on the shelves.

    My TRU had three of the Saturn V sets two days ago. All sold out.

    They had two cases of Batman 2 behind the counter though.

    Decided to use the TRU gc on them...because I didn't want any of the remaining sale items or what I wanted was sold out. And these were new...
