    ^that can't be the entire list, as #60009 is not there that I see. Is it showing up as a sale and not clearance?

    So that makes Helicopter Arrest just around where it should have been priced at. Nice parts list though.

    Yes, you're right. There should be a lot more... (at least, there were more sets stickered as clearance in the store.) I think many of the exclusives are:

    There were several Movie sets, too, but the clearance prices were not real attractive.

    Those that are interested in Friends sets...there's #41000 Water Scooter Fun normally $21.99...now only $7.99!! That's for a 28 piece set too. You're getting a steal!!...or robbed...not sure...I get those 2 mixed up.

    It worked for me.
    Also, if your toys r us has any Galaxy squad, the 20% coupon applies on top of the in store 30% off. All my tru had was the 70700 which I got for like $3.50.

    I'm glad a waited on the GS... well, I was going to give up on it cause even at 1/2 off I was still on the fence. Finally pull the trigger for The Hive Crawler and Crater Creeper.

    @Matthew Welp, finally couldn't resist grabbing a #70708 (Hive Crawler). We were just talking about this set not too long ago in another thread. The bargainer in me couldn't pass up nearly 75% off retail. Grabbed a few of the tiny GS set for $3.30/ea. too.

    The Hive Crawler, at $20-ish, is a great set for a gift. The box art does not give a good indication of how well the "crawling" action works on the big bug.

    Couldn't help but stock on some sets today. We left some on the shelves but bought enough that we got some strange looks and comments from other shoppers. We also had a good chunk of rewards cash to use so it ended up being a good day :)

    I picked up some Lone Ranger sets as I came to appreciate it after it had been released for many years.

    GS sets were abundant at the three TRUs I visited.

    Larger sets I saw multiple sets of on the shelves:
    #4204 - though I wanted to get it, I passed
    #75025 - Picked one up to put together
    #70725-1 - Wanted to get one as it was a good price but ultimately the fact that I am not a Ninjago fan persuaded me not to

    Missed out on the coupon, but at 29.98 USD the 60009 is nice for parts IMO.

    Cool. If you're a GS fan then the Crawler is kind of a must have as it's the baddie boss so to speak.

    Has anybody seen the Dailey Bugel Showdown for sale anywhere? I'm wondering because I was in a Toys R Us about a week ago and they must have had 80 of them at full price. I've been looking for a couple to make a full modular sized building and figure they are going to have to drop soon.

    Amazon and Target had them @~$40 for quite awhile and might still. If you are getting multiples you can sell off the extra minifigures to bring the overall cost down quite a bit.

    I pulled up the 20% off the clearance on my phone, and due to the snow last 2 days they decided to allow it for us today.

    #70725-1 Got one for a nephew was a additional 20% off so was $32.00
    #70706 Had a TON got one
    #70705 Got one for us
    #70708 Picked one up for us
    #70700 Picked one up for us

    So #128.00 wasent too bad

    Went to 2 more TRU and asked if theyd take the extra 20% off still. They had no problem because they wanted to get rid of the old stock.

    Grabbed a white and orange mech (forgot the item number) for $31

    No just the clearence prices and the 20% extra off, most were a total of 50% off some 70%. I think ninjago was a extra 20% but woulden't stack for another 20 from the coupon

    Im guessing you will see a lot of Chima on sale and at clearance. Obviously has its followers, but is no Ninjago.

    I caved and bought two Passenger trains and two Cargo trains from TRU for their BOGO40. Mostly due to the fact the retail prices are the actual retail prices (speaks volumes I think when even TRU thinks that LEGOs RRP is so high on the set that they do not raise their own 'retail' price on the items), and that I'm not sure I'm going to see a better deal on these any time soon. I think 25%-50% is going to be very rare for LEGO anymore, unless it is a clearance price on something that really is not wanted

    Thank you for the heads-up.  I went back and price adjusted the Mechdragon.  Wish I could have found the Colby City Showdown for $20.

    Stopped by a TRU during lunch and found the mech dragon for $40 and galactic Titan at $110. I guess the clearance deals are subject to YMMV

    Mech dragon is only $44 at [email protected] at the moment--and you get VIP points with that. Worth keeping in mind if any are still left by March 1 and double points month....

    From my experience, they put it in a bag and put a sticker on the bag so you should be safe.

    If you purchase an item that is out of stock during double points,will you get the double points once the item comes back in stock/ships? I'm hoping the set I'm eyeballing is back in stock by then but as of today it's OOS.
    I know this is the TRU thread & I'm referring to [email protected] but I'm just following the conversation ;)

    Yes.  As long as it is purchased during the promotion period, you will be fine.
