If not, I'm willing to take the plunge, seeing as my Secret Santa made sure I got it in time by sending it with a specified Priority 2-Day delivery so it arrived on a Sunday (yesterday)!
So, NO, you can't open your Christmas present!!!
My SS hasn't arrived yet but I think I'll open mine on Christmas Eve so that I can savour it before the madness starts.
Oh, and that "no peeking" wrapping paper! Doesn't say you can't open! ;)
Me and @kioko21 are going to be over on the Isle of Wight for xmas so we agreed we'd open our secret Santa gifts (and finish our advent calendars like sneaky sneaks) before we go...but we are going to hold out until the day before!
Oh, and I received/opened my Secret Santa gift from work today; a £10 Lego Store voucher! Someone really knows and loves me! :-)
My wife opened it just incase, she said there is something wrapped with a card and then something unwrapped, so not sure if that is something for now. Eek. Im excited. :)
XXXXXXRedacted comment because I almost slipped and mentioned what I gave my recipient!I'm so excited to hear how they like it!!!
I say open them already!
I don't want to be here on Christmas morning reading/posting!
Funny thing is...I almost bought this set the other day because TLM sets were on sale...but then thought "no, that would be a good one for my SS to get," so I didn't. This was the one TLM set I really wanted-- thanks, Kentuckian Secret Santa!
The interpretation of that calendar done by amateurs with insufficient data have all the signs of the world ending some day. That day might be today...
That should be a good enough argument to open your secret Satan gift right now! :)
Also, I think I remember who was crafting those Lego ornaments for last year's gift exchange. :)
You are really lucky to get one of those custom decorations! Quite lovely.
