It seems to be a new LEGO theme. It is listed on this dutch site:

10699 sounds particularly interesting, a 32x32 baseplate in Tan or Dark Tan.

I just hope the rumors are true.

These are just single baseplates and not whole sets or themes. As 10700 is directly linked on Brickset to be a 32x32 green Baseplate:

But i would definitely be welcoming a 'dark tan' 32x32 BP (We already got the 'tan' ones in the Ramses Pyramid game set).
