I'm no science geek but I think it's pretty cool. For anyone wondering, I've bought several Teefury Ts (and won one in a Brickset competition!) and had them sent to the UK, and I've been really happy with the quality - it just takes a few weeks to get here!

@LostInTranslation, do you buy the women's shirts? I've had bad luck with them running super small.
Thanks for the head's up, cool shirt.

@margot - I do order the women's ones and before I ordered the first time I measured myself :-/ to compare to their dimensions to get the right size as I wasn't going to have it come all the way from the US and then not fit! Generally I have had no problems.
But one time I ordered the Harley's Puddin' Pops T at the same time as a Guardians of the Galaxy T, both in the same size, and Harley definitely is a bit smaller, which is very strange.

    Who are they?

Galileo, ?, ?, Einstein and Newton.

I had to look up the other two - Neil deGrasse Tyson and Carl Sagan. Maybe they are better known in the US.
  • BooTheMightyHamsterBooTheMightyHamster Member Posts: 1,533
You don't know Carl Sagan? You never watched Cosmos?

Get thee hence to Amazon, pronto!

Fantastic series - one of the best things on TV from my younger days.
  • CCCCCC Member Posts: 20,526
Actually I did watch that as a kid, I just didn't recognize him as fitting in with the other three I knew.

Yep, they seem a closer match to the apple than Einstein, Newton or Galileo. I guess it would be like including Patrick Moore and Brian Cox for a UK context. Which would feel equally odd alongside the other three.

@Huw please could you maybe rename this thread the "Teefury Lego T-shirts" thread or something so that it can remain topical now that the original deal has passed?

Thanks @Shib! Think I will buy the Master Builders Union T, along with the Pup Culture charity T that I've been looking at the last couple of days.

Still undecided on the Ugly Sweaters. A couple of my faves have sold out but then they go and add 'That Snow Moon' which is pulling me in like a tractor beam....
  • ShibShib Member Posts: 5,469
@LostInTranslation‌ be aware when buying multiple items from teefury you might get a customs fee. Happened to me once on a purchase of 2 tshirts.
  • LostInTranslationLostInTranslation Member Posts: 5,572
Oh ok something to consider though I've ordered multiple Ts before and not incurred any customs. Will bear it in mind
  • ShibShib Member Posts: 5,469
It was one of those stupidly annoying ones where the customs fee was like 50p but the handling fee as a result was like £8. I think as is often the way its a bit of blind luck on what gets through and what gets caught!
  • LegoboyLegoboy Member Posts: 8,827
Just ordered both, separately. I got away with it last time, but I might have just got lucky. It only costs an extra $1 shipping to place two orders anyway.

I only pray they don't now ship together.
  • cheshirecatcheshirecat Member Posts: 5,331
I was tempted but then realised that the ONLY lego t-shirts I need are fairybricks ones. if you want one too - then message @SirKevbags‌ now! :-)

    Thanks for the code!!!
  • Gooker1Gooker1 Member Posts: 599
heads up...code only works if you've signed up for an account and you're signed in. ;)
  • Lego_StarLego_Star Member Posts: 2,144
And once only for the code. If you are a new customer a free shipping code may exist, offering more of a discount, but it only works on your very first order.

Has anybody in the UK had their T from December 4th arrive yet? Just curious.
  • LostInTranslationLostInTranslation Member Posts: 5,572
I had a shipping email on 12th December so hopefully won't be long. But it does always seem to take a long while for the order to be processed before it ships.
  • LegoboyLegoboy Member Posts: 8,827
One of my two orders arrived today. :o)
  • JenniJenni Member Posts: 1,390
I'm in the US and they seem to have lost mine :(. They printed a shipping label but didn't give it to UPS. I hope they have some extra.

A shirt I ordered on 9/11 didn't ship until 10 days later and finally arrived in the UK on 12/12 so their shipping isn't quick. However, given it was only $12 for postage and the t-shirt is great quality I would certainly order from them again.
  • monkeymonkey Member Posts: 235
^ It seems their shipping now is even cheaper, just ordered a shirt and it said $4 for postage to the UK.

@margot‌, I will if you do. Will give them something for them to pin up on the dartboard. ;)

Teefury is running a "Block Party" collection over the next week. So a load of new Lego-related tees are up.
I want at least two of these... :-S

A good one for Supernatural Lego fans, I can't find the one I have, which includes Castiel.

(I know it's not on Teefury, but a lot of the designers seem to alternate having their designs on one for several months, then the other before switching back).
