Oh yes! Supposedly you're meant to balance them on top of your mug of tea/coffee, but all that seems to do is soften them in the middle a bit, so I like to live dangerously by microwaving them for VERY short periods of time. There's an art to getting it hot enough but not having the innards melt out and instantly solidify to the plate...

Didn't order any of the new SW sets yet, but got #75087 Anakin’s Custom Jedi Starfighter and #75095 TIE Fighter instead. With #75095 I now am up to date with the current UCS sets (not counting AoH and the new DS).

I just contacted CS to cancel 5 of the orders. If they don't, I guess I'll have a few to trade; I just don't want that many extra First Order Battle Packs. We'll see.

Just bought #75156 "Krennic's Imperial Shuttle" from Lego Shop online taking advantage of £10 off and triple VIP points. I already have several #30602 "First Order Stormtrooper" polybags so disappointed with that. However, I thought it was fitting to buy a Rogue One set on Rogue Friday and the shuttle looks fabulous!

I'm wondering how difficult it would be to rework #75104 "Kylo Ren's Command Shuttle" in black with folding wings etc using parts from shuttle? Any thoughts?

You might want to checkout Jangbricks's youtube channel, because he did rebuild Kylo's shuttle in black with wings that can be put into a V-shape. Although his solution for the latter did not seem sturdy at all, but probably sufficient if it is just for displaying!?!?

Is anyone having problems with the [email protected] website? 

Is it possible to combine the 'GB10' code with the current promotions?  It seemed to allow them both but when I got to the final stage of the order an error message appeared asking me to contact Customer Services immediately after I'd clicked on 'Submit'? 

I tried twice but received the same message... I haven't received any confirmation emails, and they aren't showing in my order history.  Any ideas?

My local TRU was with any Star Wars Lego purchase over $30 I believe. I had to ask about it and they had them at the customer service desk.

Local store has 1st wave nexo ultimate on clearance, Clay and Aaron are the only ones with 2x part out value at that price, I'm waiting for 50% off on the others. One location had 15 Clay and 7 Aaron, another had 3 Clay and 8 Aaron. I bought a Lavaria thinking I had grabbed another Clay, went right to return that. Both are the most I've bought of one set.

Just got back from the Lego Store where I got #70323 & #75120, double VIP points & the promo holiday countdown calendar. It was the first time I've been when there was a crowd waiting for the store to open. Many other adults buying sets, too. They sold 3 Disney Castles and 2 Death Stars in the first 5 minutes!

Also stopped at TRU and still no luck with the First Order General poly promo, but decided to buy  the #75153 AT-ST Walker set anyway because I had Rewards dollars to use. The first ones I earned expired before I even knew I had them.:(

Went to the local LEGO store to get some Series 16 CMF for my nephew's birthday but they were sold out. I ended up getting #21030 Architecture Capitol Building and #40203 Vampire and Bat (and got #40222 Holiday Countdown Calendar) for myself though.

With all the VIP & Star Wars deals going on at the moment, my small purchase this weekend of a #31037 Adventure Vehicles Creator set seems pretty insignificant, but it was at a slight discount and fulfills my criteria of Creator multibuild ownership - the 3 builds must be really different from each other - not 3 different houses or three different construction plants, or three cars. The Creator Motor-home is another one that tempts me (Vacation Holiday Getaways #31052).

With the first day of #40220 London Bus available in Europe and the EUR10 discount code still valid, ordered #21304 Doctor Who. Was for a long time not sure whether I should get it, but is one of those sets that I think I would regret not getting once retired.

Force Friday was fun!  Tried ordering online to get Revan but he didn't show up in my shopping cart so took my receipt to my local store to redeem him.  They had a bunch left so got another Revan with a key-chain purchase.  Also got the First Order General at TRU with purchase of the Star Wars Advent Calendar!  

I'm new to the collecting game so it was a good way to start out.

^I was much the same - despite being a huge Who fan I wasn't sure but eventually succumbed to a good discount on Amazon.  A fun build, and I particularly love the Daleks.  I still really want all the Dimensions Who bits as well, but not having a console can't bring myself to spend that much on them for just the Lego content.

Just ordered #10245 "Santa's Workshop" from Lego Shop online to get free #40220 "London Bus". I also took advantage of GB10 £10 discount after I added Mixels #41572 "Gobbol" to basket. So I only ended up paiding £52.99.

I suspect Santa's Workshop hasn't got long to go now that #10254 "Winter Holiday Train" is out. Just a guess! :)

Tried getting revan and bought a keychain since the new sets weren't available online. No luck getting him.  Waited until Friday morning to get #75153. Then Saturday morning bought #10254 and got the calendar. And today went to my store and purchased #71040 and got another calendar.

No more Lego for me for the next 7 weeks......probably

I've gotten 500 LBG 2x2 tiles at PaB a few months ago. But yeah, DBG is where it's at... ordered 250 from PaB a bit before that, but I'm all out already. I too am hoping for it :D

Well I bought a GBHQ over the weekend and as of a minute ago it was still "in warehouse" - I guess all the promotions over the weekend has them backed up again in shipping.

Just ordered General Magmar's Siege Machine for £16.99, and my other half will be able to collect it from Argos tomorrow! I got one of those emails from Ebay where they offer you a £15 discount on a £30+ order if you download their app and make the purchase through that. I've been meaning to do it for a while, but they usually have a very tight timescale in which to use it, and I don't usually want to buy anything that expensive at short notice.

A couple of tips if you're thinking of taking advantage of the offer:

1. The app's a bit of a shock usability-wise when you're used to the website, and on neither could I get the specific set (priced £31.99) sold by Argos to show up in search results for the set. It simplified things a lot to use my computer to search for the set via the Argos outlet on Ebay, put it in my basket there, and then refresh my basket in the mobile app to get the set to appear there and complete the transaction in-app.

2. After I'd chosen Click and Collect and selected the £15 off voucher (it appears in your vouchers automatically at checkout the first time you use the app under the offer's terms) I had to sign in to my Paypal, but when I tried to check out after that, it had added a £3.95 postage charge, and was applying the discount to that + the £31.99 - I had to hit cancel and go back through the transaction to select Click and Collect again, then double-check the voucher was still selected, before I was able to check out at the correct price. Phew!
