@Drmnez - I just picked up #10687 (my son loves helicopters so he can have the rest of the set). I took a look and don't see where to add the Green Goblin to my collection.

Do you have the figure # off hand?
• monkeymonkey Member Posts: 235
Picked up two #41075 Elves during Tesco's 1000 points promotion, wonderful colours for MOCs! Then was lucky to find a built-once-and-displayed #76023 Tumbler half-price, figures box instructions and all, happy now :)

Bought four Lego Movie sets (70802, 70803, 70806 & 70818). What can I say? they were on sale at TRU and I am week. Now, the only other sets that I want from that theme are 70810, 70812 & 70813, but... they can wait. I have also bought 70124 & 70221 because, well... giant eagle and phoenix, that's why. (I love birds and flying creatures in general).

Now I REALLY need to stop buying. ^^;

Collecting remainging TMNT Minifigs. Just recieved minifigs from #79116 and #79117 Just need the Juniors Leonardo and minifigs from #79122 and #79115. Will probably buy 79115 for the van. Still need the 2 ComicCon Minifigs. Those will be a tough price to pay.

Popped by John Lewis on the way home and just couldn't resist. Then a post office collection for Electro too. A good day!

Finally caved and ordered #76018 Hulk Lab Smash from John Lewis...had a £25 gift card to use from Christmas and already watched that go pos twice in that time while debating it...saw they had a load of the new stuff online so added #76036 Carnage's Shield Sky Attack. I have a general rule of thumb that if I only want a licence theme set for the mini figures I won't pay more than £5 per mini figure or £10 per bigfig on the set. 7 mini figures and 1 bigfig between those two sets for £25 means I'm £20 under that...can't complain at that!

I'm buying any parts I can get my hands on, lol. I'm new to Lego so I'm pretty short on a lot of pieces. I'm currently trying to source dark blue parts - they're so darn hard to obtain in decent quantities.

Just ordered Shuttle Tydirium #75094 from Intertoys (a Dutch toyshop) they are having a sunday online sale. So I got 15% discount on it, and paid €93,49 for it, instead of €109,99. Free delivery. It also includes a 'gratis Lego StarWars inspiratiebox', I don't know exactly what it is, but on the picture on the left upper corner "May 2015 week 18 - 22 design your droid" is written. On the picture a StarWars Rebels cartoon StormTrooper is shown running towards you (not an actual Lego minifig), with the typical New Hope Death Star halls interior on the background.

Just ordered the Cinema Palace modular. Good opportunity to get one with the Winter Solder promotion going on.

I probably should have bought a Palace Cinema, or something older I don't have yet, to get the Winter Soldier, but I gave in and got a Detective's Office, using $60 in VIP points to make it a really good deal.
• EluneElune Member Posts: 99
I finally caved in and bought the Tower of Orthanc. And I'll get the Winter Soldier as a bonus. <3

I've been shopping for some classic space type stuff as I've gotten the urge to do some kind of MOCs in the spirit of the old sets. Not sure what I'll end up building, but I bought some reportedly "excellent used condition" Spyrius, Blacktron and M-Tron minifigures for a great price on Bricklink. I'm also hoping to buy some Ice Planet 2002 stuff as well. I'd love to have a #6973 Deep Freeze Defender!

Picked up quite a bit today. At the Lego store I picked up:

All 9 Series 3 Mixels @ $2.50/ea
Painting Eggs @ $8
Imperial Shuttle Tydirium
The Riddler Chase
Winter Soldier poly
Birthday Cake (the freebie giveaway)

I also stopped at Toys-r-Us and got:
Electro poly
TIE Advance poly
Bricktober Town Hall

Pretty productive day.

I am trying to get all the Friends sets that I missed as I just started getting into Lego again.
• rdflegordflego Member Posts: 324
I got Master Wu's dragon today. I really wanted the dragon, I have no idea what the rest of the set is about though.

Wow, that's an ambitious goal! Friends is a big theme and has been since about when it started! Do you really mean ALL of them, or are there specific ones you're looking for?

It's a possessed rickshaw and the entrance to Sensei Wu's tea farm (didn't now he had a tea farm? Don't worry, neither did anybody else). The dog is Sensei Wu's, but I don't know if it appeared in the show — on the Inside Tour I learned that they brought it into the play tests as a joke and then the kids ended up loving it so they threw it in.

The big shuriken is called an Aeroblade and they're what the Ninja are apparently collecting in this story arc (but I haven't seen the new season so I don't know quite what their importance is).

Thanks @Aanchir as that explains a lot. I have several questions why the dog has a crossbow, but it looks rad and if kids love it then so do I. I'll have to watch more of the show.

I think that I have almost all of them. I am waiting on the last six that I ordered. I didn't try to get the Advent Calendars, the desk supplies (pencil holder, organizer, etc), the magazine gifts or some of the small promotional tiny sets, but I got just about everything else on the Brickset database. The only one that I want that I haven't found yet is the polybag for Pop Star. But I'm hoping some of them will "pop" up when LEGO releases the Pop Star line.

Gone a little nuts on eBay lately:

7879 - Hoth Echo Base (sealed)
10197 - Fire Brigade (open box but sealed bags)
Also a large lot of Lego sets that includes 50+ sets (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Massive-Lego-Lot-125-Minifigures-50-Sets-from-90s-10s-/291488287057?ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2047675.l2557&nma=true&si=qk1WChacJu0eDC8gnllpwm6QoWY%3D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc)

I probably need to stay off eBay for a bit. I also picked up the Simpsons House at a local discount place for $120
• EluneElune Member Posts: 99
There was a 15% promo at a local store today, which is about the equivalent of the taxes here, so I got Farran and the Crystal Hollow and Naida's Epic Adventure Ship. Yay, more Elves for me! <3

SDCC Sam Wilson Captain America, hoping to add to that a Throne of Ultron & a Dagobah (plus a Celebration Tatooine if I can find one at the price point I'm okay with).

The SDCC Jean Grey I bought through BL turned up yesterday :)

Buying it started off a week in which I went a little bit crazy after not buying much over the past 6 months or so. It also included:
#76035 Jokerland
SDCC Sam Wilson
SDCC Arsenal
#bat008 Original Batman Killer Croc
and BL-ing all the parts for both this years SDCC SH sets

(think I'll be ignoring the bank balance for a while :| )

#70815 Super Secret Police Dropship--got a good deal on a new set from Bricklink. I think I'm getting the spaceship-building bug, but I missed out on a lot of great ones during my dark ages, so this is a cheap not-space-but-close starting point.

Just spent two days in Legland Billund. The only LEGO we bought was some LEGO House sets and 6 BAM figures. I was really happy to find two queasy faces from the mixer set.

Other than that, there was no money to be saved, and almost no room in the car. So we just agreed on what sets we will buy when we get home :)
• Jern92Jern92 Member Posts: 893
Decided to quit Lego for a while, because I simply can't afford it in my current work situation. I'm still eyeing the Ferris Wheel, and will probably get it right before it retires, but for now, no more Lego for me. Hope to get back to it in the future once I get a considerable raise.
