Your Favorite Set... and WHY?

I'm interested to hear what everyone's favorite set is, especially the reason WHY.

I'd like to understand a bit better what it is exactly (be it parts, design, collect-ability, sentimentality, value) that makes it a particular favorite to you.

Or to boil in down, if you were stuck on a desert island, what set would you take with you and why? (and don't worry about bricks being exposed to the sunlight!!)

Forgive me if this is an old discussion, I had a quick browse and didn't find one like it under "Collecting".
