Ever tried to buy a car in Denmark? Take a car readily available in most of Europe and then double the price. Six quid a pint too. Very high cost of living.

^ but Denmark's the size of a small state. Can't you just bike or bus or train anywhere you need to go? ;-)

^^@LegoFanTexas but if you have 50% income tax, its not free, just prepaid for everyone at (and coming to) the party.

Looks like Lucas is spreading his wings a bit with a new SW game:

Wonder if we'll see any Lego coming from this arc. Also liked seeing a glimpse of my favorite lego set, the IS, in a different media.

I finished my R2 last night, which is my very first SW set. I have a feeling I'll never be able to build anything smaller after putting that one together.

Like most others who have posted, I grew up with the OT. I can see a few ships I would not mind owning, but they will be limited. None of the playsets I've seen really scream "buy me" either.

^ That is indeed a challenge, once you've built the multi-thousand part sets, the 500 part count sets seem... small...

I have now gotten to the point where it takes but an hour or so to put together most of the 500 part sets. Built Magnaguard fighter the other day, that went WAY too fast for what that set now costs in the after market...

I'm finally building Republic Attack Gunship (thanks to the forum member who sold it to me!), and it is much more enjoyable, the bags aren't numbered and with a thousand parts, it'll take me a few days to get it together.

I am not into Star Wars mainly because I am not into the planes/machinery. I like Lego buildings.

    Having said this...

I caved in and bought 9490 so I could get the two droids.

I am waiting for 9499 however, so I can get Amidala minifigure.

Let's just hope he breaks from tradition and doesn't make a game that already looks three years out of date when released. I have been sorely disappointed with most Lucas Arts games usually because the graphics look so dated.

All I want, is an OT arcade-style flight simulator, so I can do the trench run. With today's graphics (and in 3D!) it would (should) look phenomenal!
