Sets usinging Minfig parts in unusual ways

alright folks, I'm looking to compile a list of sets that do as the title says, use minifig parts in strange, or unusual ways. Example #4508 Titan XP, the main model uses Minifig legs as fingers(makes for horrible hands but that's not the point here), I've not come across a set that has done anything like that before. So I'm asking for more sets with odd uses for minifig parts.

minifig heads are commonly used in sets so unless its a particularly odd use lets try to avoid those :)

Other than heads and that odd example I can't think of any...mostly because I don't think they would break apart arms and hands which might be useful as parts somewhere....I do see a lot of skeleton legs in sets though.

Step 57 of the 10177 Dreamliner is one of the most inspired uses of the standard minifig head (and yellow to boot!) that I have seen. The heads are used as stops to create the correct angle of sweep on the horizontal stabiliser.

Helmets and caps have always made good eye sockets - and lego is now using this technique in the Mixels. It's even better now they have the eye print heads (or use the head from the CMF cyclops ogre).
