Website for determining roadplate configurations?

Is there an existing site where you'd input your available space in feet/meters, amount & type of roadplates & it'd display the various/best configurations. Or you could even do it graphically, similar to a slide puzzle. Be really helpful before you start attaching them together & setting buildings & populating the city.

I remember this for train tracks, but it seems like they have road plates too. I haven't downloaded it before, but give it a shot!

Seeing as it's a computer program not an app (I haven't looked to see if there is an app) I'd say no.

You could try Chrome Remote Desktop. Basically the program runs on your computer, but the tablet or phone acts as the screen/mouse pad. I know for sure they work on Android devices, but not sure if they have an iOS app.

Oh man would I love to see it ported over to iOS. I'd even pay for it on my iPad. Right now I have to use a Windows machine to play with it.
