Powering the Carousel in Christmas Market #10235

I haven’t powered anything or tried since the disastrous building more than 10 years ago of the motorized dinosaur my kid wanted.  I would like to power some things in the winter village - the holiday train, maybe the tram and thought the carousel would be neat but not sure it is even possible as it is so much smaller than the carousel set.  Has anyone tried?

    Hey, Lo1s!

I believe these are the instructions I used forever ago to motorize my carousel. https://youtu.be/AeOgiqpw01E

It works like a charm for me. You can see in the photo below as well how I created some housing around the motor. A small storage/maintenance building I guess? Not perfect, but it's done the trick for my layout at least.
