Does anyone know where I can get a custom minifigure made which is pad printed(LEGO-quality)?

I can see you're in the UK so try http://www.minifigforlife.com/. They don't do pad printing (I don't think anyone other than LEGO does, it's too expensive to set up) but the quality is on a par with LEGO's.

Can't remember but I imagine it's digital printing, not pad.

Thanks for the feedback so far. It definitely needs to be pad printed though, not digital. Please do keep any more suggestions coming!

The only place I know of that does pad printing is Citizen Brick (http://citizenbrick.myshopify.com/), but they're in the States.

I don't think anyone is going to do a a pad-print of a one-off design. The whole point of pad printing is multiples of a design. As for "quality" I think you will find that places like minifigs.me offer excellent quality.

@SilentMode Citizen Brick is very expensive though, unless you buy extreme quantities like 250.
