Lego Order Tracking

I ordered the MetalBeards Sea Cow set, it was posted 11/8/14, since 12/8 "placed on linehaul" the tracking has not updated at all, and I have had nothing arrive. Is anyone else waiting for anything from Lego for an unusually long time recently or is this just me? I email Lego customer services Friday and I've had no reply as yet.

I would suggest you call them. That's usually the fastest way to get an update on your order. BTW, I have gotten orders delivered BEFORE I got a shipping confirmation, so that's not so unusual.

But it is unusual for delivery tracking to not budge for a week. They called me up this afternoon, and are reshipping the order.

Looks like some other type of glitch happened with yours. Good to hear that they are straightening it out. I know they were flooded with orders since the 1st of August, so probably something related to that caused the issue.

I think you've misunderstood my post. As I've stated a few times I am referring to the postnl postage tracking, nothing to do with the Lego site. My order was lost in the post by postnl.
