Just wanted to give a big round of applause to
@jockosjungle and his mate Mike who have completed a 100km walk in Belgium this weekend.
http://www.dodentocht.be/en Beers and medals richly deserved!
100km in 24 hours is hard enough but the weather sounded horrific so both lads deserve a big hand. It wasn't promoted here at Brickset as everyone had recently contributed to the Big Raffle but I'm posting now to thank Richard and Mike and to spark others who might be interested in taking on a sponsored challenge.
We can help with promotion, shirts etc and it opens up a completely new group of people as potential funders as most of your sponsorship will come from family and friends. What you raise doesn't matter, effort is key and regardless a hospital of your choice will receive a donation

This one will be a 25 mile bike ride around Durham by non other than my Dad at the end of August. I'm not posting a sponsorship link because that isn't why I'm writing this, again it is more to inspire. If you're in the north east and fancy joining Big G on the ride then please get in touch. A Fairy Bricks team all t shirted up would look pretty cool!
Kevin, I'm sure you've already done so, and forgive my daftness if you have, but is there a link listed on Brickset in order to purchase Fairy Bricks t-shirts for the Yanks among us (meaning me) and do the shirts come in children's sizes?
Thank you!
