What's the significance of the blue 1x1 tiles on the buildings in 7641 City Corner? I've no idea what they're for. I've had the set since its initial release & wondered about them briefly. Building it again yesterday prompted me to ask here.

Is it an aspect of modern-day European architecture, or maybe to do with bus routes?
