ID these minifigures?

I have just returned from Canada where I picked up a great selection of polybags from Toys R Us as well as the MBA kits... And was given a little assortment of figures from a TRU employee who said they were left over from a promotion. The chefs face intrigues me... as does the yellow construction helmet. I realise they may not be actual complete figures but any light shredded would be appreciated! Chris

    The only non-standard parts are the Bob's cabobs hat from TLM ans the chef torso from a zombie chef from a haunted house from MF. I think the chef's head is a criminal head from the City forest police. The yellow hat has been in a few sets.
